Quiet Natural Beauty

The condo is very welcoming and the view of the sunsets cannot be beat. Nice beach for walking, no thorny bushes that are common on other beaches. Not really a swimming beach but one is a few miles up the road. Bring some food especially if arriving on weekend, limited services out there. Also bring cash many shops did not take credit cards. Condo gets a nice breeze and was quite comfortable for one or two, but I think it would be a bit tight for 4. Everyone very friendly and I enjoyed many conversations with locals and fellow travelers. A parade of female peacocks strolled by each morning, and a cardinal joined me for coffee, the gecko came for cocktails.

Secluded, beautiful beaches, probably one of the best places on Molokai

Condo is on dry part of the island, but it is where the nice beaches are. The condo area is well kept, but restaurant etc is closed - it is clear to see that tourism isn't thriving on Molokai. Prepare to make food yourself and to entertain yourself. There are no one offering surf lessons or selling leis on the beach. The condo itself is small but extremely well equipped with all sorts of things you might need (blender to make smoothie eg.). It is not new but functional and the view from the lanai is truly wonderful. For us, the contact with the owner both before, during and after our stay was a huge plus. Their genuine interest and care made it feel like visiting family. In short, consider if Molokai is for you. If you are going then this is probably your best accommodation choice.

A dreamy stay!!

Can't say enough about Barbara and Cal's wonderful condo! Had everything we needed (and much more) during our stay! And Barbara
