Enjoy the ocean view, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from your beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.

Great Location, Great Unit
We have stayed in the See The Sea Condos on several occasions but this was the first time in this particular unit. Compared to others we have stayed in it rates right at the top. The place was nicely decorated, had everything a person could need, and was very comfortable. The balcony was my favorite spot; large and comfy. This unit is on the noisy side of the building; next to the 710 Club and the entrance to Crystal Pier and there is traffic and pedestrians pretty much all day and into the night. We were there over New Year's Eve and had specifically come for the night life so this was no issue at all to us. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this unit may not be for you. Actually, Pacific Beach may not be for you! The parking garage is very handy as parking on the street does not exist once the sun comes up. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!
The condo was updated & furnished nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Both the private deck overlooking the beach & the common deck overlooking the beach were awesome places to relax. The beach was steps outside the door. There were tons of restaurants & shops to walk to & a grocery store 2 blocks away. The private parking garage made it super easy to park & not worry about your car. Will definitely stay there again!

perfect location!
The location of this property is PERFECT! It is in the heart of Pacific Beach. The unit is a good size and was clean and orderly. The only downside to this unit is the lack of AC. They did supply plug in fans and have ceiling fans throughout, but it was a bit hot during the day inside even with the fans and doors open.

Libby and Warren were great to work with. The property was exactly as described and it was a great location. We forgot to request a portable crib. After speaking with the property manager, I was able to pick one up locally and was reimbursed the following day! The unit was ready and we were allowed to check-in earlier than planned. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The community patio was great to watch the sunset. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we could need, and there was plenty of space in the living area to hang out. We would definitely book again!

The beach is our happy place and this condo and its location made our vacation completely enjoyable from check-in to check-out. We were pleased with the little things offered at this property: terrific instructions/guide to navigate the guests, fireplace heater (we had some chilly weather in February), white noise machine, and all of the kitchen items available to us. We loved brewing a fresh pot of coffee and strolling the beach early in the morning. When we are ready to return to PB, we will schedule our respite at this incredible condo. Great proximity to the beach!
We stayed 4 nights at See the Sea. The building location was right on the boardwalk and close to a ton of shops, bars and restaurants. We had 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 6) in our group. We were so thankful for the FREE parking because there was no where to park for extended periods of time - lots of 2 hour parking, but nothing more. The location of the exact condo was okay - we were directly across the street from the 710 bar - which was LOUD, extremely LOUD at night...until the wee hours in the morning. They had live bands and events almost every night we were there. It was great for people watching, but problematic when we wanted to go to bed. This wasn't a huge surprise to us since we had looked up reviews so we came prepared...somewhat. We brought our own noise machine (although the bedroom we stayed in had one in it) and ear plugs - which was fine for the adults, but my kids could not sleep with them in. We had restless nights, but it was worth it for the location. We walked pretty much everywhere - CVS, Ralphs, restaurants, etc. The place itself was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils and a plethora of pots and pans. We did run out of toilet paper, but there were 6 of us staying in the condo so we may have used more than the average couple or group. The building and garage area are secure - you need a code to enter the building off the street and a remote to enter the garage. Again, we were so thankful to have the parking space at the building! The building itself was okay - it's old. The view from the deck was wonderful and there are chairs and loungers to sit and watch the sun set...which was amazing almost every single night. Aesthetically, the hot tub was in rough shape, but the kids still got in. The balcony was huge and had tons of seating - a high top table and some comfy chairs. It was nice to be able to sit outside and watch the people. Overall, it was a good stay for us. We knew going in that it would be loud and we tried our best to plan for it.
