Perfect for our needs
We bought a house across the street and rented here for a few days while we were getting our place move-in ready. This location was fantastic for us and the condo had comfortable furniture for relaxing after long work days. I feel bad for the owner because the golf course that used to be there is gone and there will be construction for a long time as new condos are built. It wasn't bad when we were there because they were working on the opposite side of the property, but of course it's not as pretty a view and the lanai can't really be used. There is only a single mildewed sofa on the lanai anyway, so even without construction noise and dust there really isn't anyplace to sit or put a drink down. The unit itself is spacious and the furniture is nice but the housewares are limited. Very few towels, very little silverware, no coffee maker, just one TV. (We had a lot of our own stuff so it wasn't a problem for us but might be an issue for regular vacationers.) The on-site laundry was very useful once we found it. There is a key hanging in the kitchen but no information about where it goes. We had to call the owner for help with that. He was very nice. (The key unlocks the room off the lanai and the washer and dryer are in there.) We were too busy to use the pool but it looked very nice when we walked by. As new residents of the neighborhood we're finding that this is a terrific residential area, very safe, quiet, and close to an abundance of stores, parks, bike trails, Pompano and Deerfield Beaches and Crystal Lake. Well worth a visit! I would rent again for family and friends if we had more visitors than our guest room will hold.
