"Paradise Gardens" is located on the bridge less barrier island of North Captiva. It is a 20 minute boat ride from the mainland aboard Island Girl ferry or private charter. Our home is nestled into beautiful tropical gardens on a double lot offering tons of privacy. It is just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico where a sandy beach stretches over 3 miles, offering long walks and great shelling. There is something spectacular about a North Captiva sunset that feeds your soul. No cars, no traffic lights, and no paved roads, just barefoot, carefree living. Golf carts, bikes and feet are the modes of transportation. Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico offer world class fishing whether you book a charter with Captain Richie or fish from shore. Of the island' s 700 acres nearly two thirds is a protected state preserve and wildlife sanctuary. You are likely to see, manatees, gopher tortoises, bald eagles and if you are lucky, the reclusive florida bobcat! We are home to over 100 species of migratory birds and no venomous snakes! :)
Our home is 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with an open concept great room that opens on to a screened lanai with comfortable seating. The great room has a 60 inch tv with DirecTV satellite service. Landline phone and internet provided.
The well appointed home has everything you need to enjoy your paradise vacation including 4 seater golf cart, kayaks and bicycles. You can even have your food bought and delivered by our caretakers Paula and Richie Price!
Enjoy the serenity of the courtyard pool with the sound of a beautiful waterfall flowing in the background. Relax around the tiki bar in the open air living area beneath the house. Take in the panoramic views from the crows nest atop the house. There is room to spread out in this island home.

Loved North Captiva! Relaxing family time in a gorgeous setting. Pool, Tiki Bar and Crow’s Nest were our favorites. Great location with easy access to everything and views of the airstrip a bonus. Patrice and Richie were great hosts.
