Villa Las Palmeras is a Gorgeous 12 bedroom Villa with Spectacular Ocean and Old Town Views. Pricing starts at $1495 / Night for minimum of 6 rooms, each additional room is $139 per night. (Holiday pricing varies, as well as spring break season please inquire) Whether you book 6,7,8,9,10,11 or 12 rooms, the villa is always private for your group, the rooms you don't book remain vacant. VERY Conveniently located. Old Town, restaurant row and fabulous beaches are just a short walk. The Mallecon is connected to the beach near the villa.
ALL BEDROOMS ARE ENCLOSED AND AIR CONDITIONED.
The perfect location for any large gathering such as Weddings, Family reunions, Retreats, Birthdays.......Past guests rave about the staff and our chef's Guacamole was recently voted the best our guests found in all of Puerto Vallarta.
The villa comes complete with large pool, top level bar, air conditioning, sound system with iPod hookups which play throughout the villa including the pool area and top level bar. The villa also has large flat screen TV with Cable.
The Villa provides a houseman, daily maid service, 10 car parking. Cooking services are available for an additional charge of $100 per day.

Amazing Experience
This is the ideal villa if you are staying in PV with a large group. The rooms are clean, the staff is the amazing, and the house was totally secure. Will definitely stay here again on our next reunion trip to PV. Thank you for everything.

Our family of 21 stayed at Las Palmeras for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ana was beyond amazing preparing authentic and delicious meals for our family. Juan took wonderful care of our family and was there to help with taxi service and tour recommendations as well as whipping up the most delicious margaritas on a moments notice. Luis and the cleaning team made sure the home and property were sparkling clean and our rooms were perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to book again next year!

Amazing Villa!
Wow... My first time in PV and without question my experience at this beautiful villa made it exceptional!! The location was unreal... the views overlooking the city absolutely stunning... It was clean, well maintained and the staff was so incredibly pleasant and accomodating... Our group welcomed them like family and they made us feel so at home! I would love to go back and stay at this magical place again!!!

Perfect place in Vallarta!
We had a large group traveling for a friend's 50th birthday, and we had 24 people coming . I was skeptical that a place could truly accommodate such a large group, but this place can actually hold MORE, and it's HUGE---we were never in each other's way. There were so many areas to hang out. The staff were wonderful (chef Anna especially). We had a bartender to served drinks daily. Excellent breakfasts every morning with eggs, and delicious dinners---try the shrimp! I would love to come back with a group.

Amazing experience
I cannot say more positive things about my experience at. Villa Palmeras. The property is beautiful. The staff are attentive and fully engaged. The food is delicious and meals are served promptly when requested. The beds were very comfortable. And most importantly our 25 guests could not stop saying how much they enjoyed their stay. Special thanks to Anna and Juan for coordinating our requests and making our stay comfortable. I am disappointed that some of the reviews written about the property do not accurately reflect reality. I would recommend Villa Palmeras to any one looking for a property to host a special event

50th Birthday Bash
We stayed here for a friend's birthday celebrations and it was perfect. The accommodations were clean and the staff very friendly. The food that we had was very delicious and very much appreciated not having to deal with most of our meals in town. I would highly suggest this place if you have a large group of people that you want to be near, but also want some privacy of your own. The views at sunset were amazing as well as the view of the entire bay area. The pool area was a nice place to wind down at the end of the day with friends and a drink.

Perfect private location for a relaxing vacation
Villa Las Palmeras is an amazing, beautifully expansive private destination for family and friends to enjoy for vacationing, relaxing, entertaining, weddings and business events. The rooms are always extra clean. The staff is wonderful and will help you get anything you need. They picked up a birthday cake for us. It was unbelievable really to have the entire resort to ourselves also. Best value and best kept secret in Puerto Vallarta. There are no other deals better than this.

WHAT A TRIP!!
The experience was one of a kind. The staff is AMAZING!!! Juan will help you take care of everything. They're all so courteous and the food is fantastic. The Villa is beautiful and they all treat you like royalty. Most of the people that went said it was the best trip they have ever experienced. Sim, the owner was very helpful with everything as well. We WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS VILLA. Thanks for everything Villa Las Palmeras! Beautiful views and so close to beaches, fun restaurants and anything else you might want!

Best Vacation Ever!
If you plan on going to Puerto Vallarta with a group of friends or family this is where you have to stay! Honestly, after staying here I will never go back to staying at resorts ever again. This cozy Villa is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. I was looking for a place to house a destination wedding for about 50 poeple. I looked at several different resorts throughout Mexico and they were all going to cost me an arm and a leg to host my wedding at their hotel. I started looking online for homes to stay in that slept a large number of people. That's when I came across Villa Las Palmeras! I had made contact with the property manager Sloane and told her how we were looking for a place to stay for our wedding. Now, initially, we were just going to walk down to the beach and have the ceremony there, but she told me that they host weddings on their rooftop all of the time. I also informed her that we had about 50 people attending our wedding and we would need lodging around Villa Las Palmeras. She told me that they also owned the villa next door that slept around 20. Naturally, I was ecstatic to hear this news. My dreams were coming true! So, after finding both of these magical villas and in a price range that seemed too good to be true I continued to stay in contact with Sloane. She was so incredibly helpful. Nevertheless, I still had some hesitation about putting money down on a vacation rental since there is a ton of cyber scamming. I called the owner, Sim. He was so unbelievably kind and understood why I was so nervous. He told me all about the Villa and restaurants I should go to while I'm visiting. After talking to Sim I was super relieved. Some things to know about the villa: They have it fully staffed practically all day. Every morning there is someone there cleaning up the pool area and picking up around the villa. They have maids that also make their rounds cleaning your sheets and giving you fresh towels. The chef Anna, is there as well to make you two meals a day of your choice. Her food is the best in Mexico I am sure of it! Everyone raved about her cooking. Basically, she was amazing and so was everyone else that worked in villa. We had the best time ever! I would recommends this rental to anyone. Our group ranged from ages 13-87. Fun was had by all!
