The cottage is 600 square feet with a living room/kitchen/dinette combination and a separate master bedroom and bathroom.Bathroom is equipped with high quality linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and bodywash. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The cottage is beautifulyl renovated and professionally decorated, with contemporary furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, all stainless appliances, washer and dryer, cable tv and wi-fi. Outside are beautifully kept gardens, and a covered porch perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You will be greeted with a cold bottle of champagne and fresh pastries. The property is a five minute drive from I-10 and just a short walk to the Faubourg Marigny and minutes from downtown. Outstanding location and elegant house. Checkin time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 12 noon.

Very nice little place close to everything
Really cool place. Owner does a great job of supplying everything you’ll need from extra towels, soap, shampoo, shaving cream, you name it he’s got extras. Paul had also left us a nice bottle of white wine and a tray of tasty muffins when we got there. Super cool little one bedroom place which was perfect for a couple. Was close enough to everything that we could walk everywhere. Plus Uber’s were typically close and would arrive literally two minutes after being called. Love the style of these places with the brick wall and general overall look. Very nice place and would highly recommend it.

Fabulous Find! Great Location!
My husband and I visited New Orleans for the first time this spring. We loved Paul’s well-equipped, super comfortable cottage. It is close to the French Quarter and the Treme - so easy to walk to everything. We will return to Paul’s cottage on our next visit.

Beautiful! Just like it was described
Our stay here was excellent! Paul is a great host and especially has a knack for entertaining! The cottage is supplied with everything you need or maybe forgot! Great neighborhood! Very nice to be away from the French quarter but yet still close enough for a walk to all the entertainment! Thanks Paul!
