Pets are an additional charge of $30.00 each per night and only allowed with approval. Rental includes up to 6 guests, additional guests are $50.00 per guest per night.

4 therms of Gas ,75 Kilo watts electric usage is included in rental, guests sometimes go over this depending on how warm you keep the pool, how long the firepit is used,and how long the spa is used as well as A/C.
Pets.... an additional charge of $30.00 each Pet, per night , with prior approval paid in cash when checking in.
Game room with pool table/ping pong table, Electronic Dart board, 42”smart TV sound bar and TIKI bar.
65” ultra 4 G smart Comcast Wifi / internet flat screen TV in family Room
Dish network is included in every room including outside patio.
This expansive 9000 s/f tropical back yard is an outdoor lovers paradise Gas and charcoal BBQ’S, covered patio with soft ambient lights, automatic malibu lights front and back yards.
Humming birds galore!
All three queen size beds are luxurious pillow tops complete with 600 thread count luxury sheets. There are also two arrow blow up mattress in the closet with foam toppers and bedding.
Home has been newly refurbished in 2014 with new furniture, new paint inside and out , also new thick upgraded carpeting! The home sits in a quiet, rural, hilly area of North West Riverside/Norco/Corona.
There are often rodeos and horse events thoughout the year in this quaint equestrian paradise! There is a nature center just about 1/2 mile away with miles and miles of hiking and riding trails. The Wine country in Temecula is 30 minutes away and offers a huge variety of events thoughout the year. Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, and beaches around 45 minutes away depending on what time your leave and which day of the week it is. Pretty much center of wherever you'd like to travel!
This home is the perfect getaway for family's and friends, there are so many things to do! The pool has a vollyball net, there is a lawn golf game that's fun, a pool table/ ping pong table, and an electronic dart board, Cornhole game very fun for all ages ...
This home flows nicely and has a very comfortable feel. We love this home and know you will enjoy your stay with the many wonderful ammenities it has to offer.
Check in and check out times can be flexible if possible however can change depending on guests checking in or out. I will try to grant every request.

Entire home, with the exception of Garage, RV, walk in pantry, one closet in the master bedroom.
Interaction with guests
check-in, and check out, also sometimes when pool or yard is done, will give advanced noticed when doing maintenance pool or yard work

Other things to note
Guests staying over the weekend will need to set all three trash cans out on sunday night for monday morning p/u
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ....leave kitchen as found CLEAN....dishes cleaned and put away, stove/oven cleaned, microwave cleaned counters cleaned, all trash cans in the home emptied BBQ cleaned if used.
Strip beds of sheets/pillowcases only, NOT comforters or pillow shams, and place on laundry room floor.
Cleaning taking longer than 5 hours, additional charge of $60.00 per hour for cleaning/ organizing home.
Expect additional charges for electric and gas. I include with the rental price 4 therms of gas and 75 kilo watts of electricity per day, most guests stay well within included amount, please note additional charges can be $25.00 or more per night depending where you set the A/C, pool and jacuzzi usage and temperature, also leaving all lights on. Meter readings are done at check-in and again at checking out.

Events are allowed only with prior approval from homeowner with additional event fees.
Up to 20 guests $400.00 additional fee.
21-40 guests $600.00 additional fee plus $500.00 cash deposit at check in.
Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. please respect the neighbors. If your planning on inviting friends/Family over, invites are allowed only with prior approval from owner, additional charges could apply.

Be honest on your inquiry in regards to number of people staying the night!
Only the registered guest making the reservation will be allowed access to the property when checking in, signing hard copy of rental agreement, signing before checking out list, and signing Authorization to charge your credit card if there is any damage done to the home, furnishings, pool, home left dirty, filthy or unable to check in new guests!
Two forms of ID required at check in.
If home rules are broken, Immediate eviction with no return of rental and or deposit!

Pool is only heated May- Sept, however can be for additional cost during Fall, spring and winter. Spa is heated year round.

House has great amenities
House has great amenities and backyard is to dream for. Don was great explaining everything we needed to know about his place and also it was very easy to communicate/get in touch with him. Accommodations were a little tight for 2 families of 4 with older teenagers. Also pay attention to house rules and check out instructions to make sure you’re comfortable with following all the steps the host wants you to do while in the house and before you leave place.

This is the best home and best host my family has had the pleasure of booking with. Don treated us like family and was very kind. His home is everything the listing described and more! The home was clean, comfortable and stocked with modern entertainment. It has a ton of charm and class. My youth enjoyed the pool, hot tub, yard games, pool table and blue tooth speakers. When in Riverside again Dons place will be our #1 choice!

This home was fantastic
This home was fantastic! Even better than we expected! It was especially perfect for traveling with kids - they loved the pool and hot tub! Everything was immaculate and all of the essentials were there, plus lots of extras! The outdoor area was gorgeous and have beautiful views. This home made for the easiest trip we have ever taken (and I do believe the most fun!). Don was great - so very helpful and informative! I cannot recommend this home highly enough!

Donald was a great host. He was in contact with us in advance of our trip to verify our arrival time so that he would be there to greet and familiarize us with the house. On the day we arrived, he greeted us and walked us through the operation of the pool, spa and firepit, plus he gave us some restaurant recommendations. The house was exactly as described. A great place to spend a weekend with plenty to do. Our stay was very enjoyable and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet. We'd recommend Donald and the property.
