ABSOLUTELY NO 2 NIGHT STAYS. Three IS THE MINIMUM and only in the OFF SEASON(Oct - June) A WEEK LONG MINIMUM IN THE SUMMER (Mid June -October 1). Sorry No Smoking or PETS. Catalina Island is only 1 hour from Long Beach by Catalina Express Boats. The town is called Avalon and you can walk all over town - no need to drive! This is a nice place to enjoy quiet and walking to all the Island has to offer. This is a cute cottage on a street that does not allow through traffic. Fully furnished with everything needed for a family except beach equipment (towels, chairs, etc.). Two queen sized beds and two twins plus a pull out couch....Monthly rental is only available from Jan 2 thru May 15. Weekly rentals all year. No weekends or 3 day stays in the summer. Cameras on the front & rear doors.

Great location & has everything you'll need!
This home is in a perfect location to everything. Easy walk to Wrigley Memorial & Botanical Gardens, the Casino, beach, restaurants, shopping and more! The home has everything you'll need. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, towels, etc. The street is super quiet with no golf carts (no vehicles allowed) and is perfect for children to run around and play. We stayed for a week and the entire vacation we kept commenting on how great the place was and the location was perfect. If you're looking for a great vacation spot to rent for you and your family...this is the one. Had a blast! Thanks again!

Fun Vacation
My family and I stayed in this nice cottage from June 10th - June 13th. There were 5 adults and 3 kids. The house was large enough to accommodate us all. It was very clean and with the small children, the location on the street closed to traffic was great. Vons is close by for groceries and the walk to the beach with the wagon for kids and beach gear was very easy. The owner is very easy to work with and was always provided a quick to response. I would recommend this home to others.

Great week on Catalina!
The cottage was all we could ask for. My son said it reminded him of his grandparents house, lol. The location was great for our grand kids, especially with the playground so close by. We walked to the beach each day and went snorkeling at Lovers Cove also in close walking distance. It was really hot the first full day so a fan would have been nice but other than that we had everything we needed at the house. The shopping carts where a great help shopping at Vons and taking our stuff to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
Comfy house on great street.
Martie worked with us directly when VRBO was having problems with their systems-making sure we were able to get a place. The house is very well equipped, walking distance to everything and comfortably fit 6 of us.

Bed bugs or were they fleas? Check Consumer affairs on VRBO!
Martie was wonderful and assisted us in everyway possible and really listened to our needs. She is the reason for two stars. The issue is the master bed room, I have been bitten over 40 times and my daughter was bitten over 30 times herself. Lice or bed bugs? Doctor mentioned bed bugs. After contacting VRBO I was disappointed that they didn't take my complaint seriously. They stated I have to deal with the owner? But, its your website! They have limited resources on investigating if my claims are true or the resources to check proof of practice if they have bed bugs or lice have the issues been rectified. During this trip my wife was screaming wolf before we got there ( because she is always itchy). I was itchy, but figured them talking about it was making me itch. I got home and shaved the portion of my stomach that reveled several bites real close to one another, days later bites kept appearing, doctor stated normal for bed bug bites to appear at a later time. Wonderful
We had a great time. Perfect spot for little kids. No traffic on the street. Walking distance to everything! Only request would be to have more bath towels and toilet paper. Other then that place was great! Will come back in the few months. :)
