Kahana Outrigger is located on the beautiful west shore of Maui in Kahana. Here you will find sun soaked beaches and fabulous tropical scenery. Situated halfway between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and just minutes away from Lahaina. The property is situated on over an acre of beachfront property. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained with lush tropical plants.
The Kahana Outrigger is only 16 units and is very private and quiet. Not a hi-rise complex with hundreds of people crowded around the pool. You are only steps away from ocean and beach, and walking distance from dining, shopping and golf.
This spacious 3 bedroom townhome is newly decorated in a tropical motif, and is very clean and welcoming. The unit is large, almost 1,500 square feet, feels more like a house than a townhome.
Step onto the private lanai and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, the islands of Lanai and Molokai, sunsets, seasonal whale watching, and rainbows. There is also easy access to sandy beaches, fantastic snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming and long romantic sunset walks.
This ground floor unit has 7 beds, which will sleep up to 10 guests. Our townhome is fully equipped, and offers many amenities that other rentals do not.

Don't even think twice...
This place is unbelievably amazing. It is hard to even write a review when find the "perfect" place for your family to stay. If you are not sure where to stay in Maui, or not sure where to go on vacation this is the only place you need to visit. I have 2,000 more characters to put in this review, but I will end it here. Don't look at any other properties rent this one, I don't even want to write a good review for fear of everyone visiting my most favorite spot in the world.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation Property
Our family just returned from an amazing 10 night stay (May 2011) at this beautiful Kahana property and I can't wait to go back! Our whole family (4 adults and 2 young children) felt at home from the moment we stepped foot into the condo from the huge rooms, huge bathrooms, open concept living space and the most breathtaking view from the best lanai I have set foot on...you truly have to see it to believe it. The beach is literally a 30 second walk from the lanai and the pool just steps away, my kids could not have been more happy. The condo is stocked with all the goodies needed for a fantastic vacation, there are boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach mats, chairs, a stocked DVD and book library and all the cooking gadgets required to prepare fantastic meals in. The location is PERFECT. It is a close drive to all the best beaches (highly recommend Napili Bay) and the best restaurants that Maui has to offer. Tim and Kim are absolutely fantastic owners to deal with, we had the pleasure of meeting Tim on our visit, he was extremely friendly, helpful, and it is very apparent the pride they take in their beautiful home. Romantic getaway!!
We LOVE this condo! Home away from home. It is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities provided. The beautiful decorations, beds with wonderful linens, bathrooms stocked with towels and an outdoor recreation closet full of boogie boards, chairs, toys and floats for use both in the pool and ocean. This unit also provided kayaks for adult enjoyment. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items to entertain two to twelve people, which made romantic dinners for two and large dinners with friends all possible. The beautiful pool area kept our children happy as well as provided a bar-b-que area for outdoor entertainment. The Kahana Outrigger complex is beautifully landscaped, immaculately maintained and the 16 units are right on the beach! The location is great, close to Napili as well as Lahaina, conveniently located to shops, restaurants and entertainment. We have stayed here many times over the past five years and plan to return year after year. The condo is obviously cared for and well maintained as well as very, very clean! For anyone looking at renting this I would highly recommend it!! Mahalo!

The Perfect Place to Stay!
My husband and I hadn't had a real vacation in seven years and were extremely happy when we found Kim & Tim's place. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the beach. The beauty of the structure and landscaping was lovely with frequent visits from the Mina birds to keep you entertained and spoke Maui. The view from the lanai was amazing! The townhome itself was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with just about anything you needed, including kitchen amenities, as well as washer & dryer. For a family or anyone looking for a tropical paradise and a well-kept place where the owners take pride in their home, this is the place for you. Our highest regards go out to Kim and Tim. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Relaxing was what we needed and this was the perfect place to stay.

Absolutely incredible!
I stayed at Tim's condo from December 19-29, 2014. We walked in and were immediately blown away. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The condo itself is beautifully outfitted, spacious, and ohhhh, that view! From our lanai, we looked out over the pool and the ocean. The grounds are lush and well kept. The private beach was great to play on for people of all ages. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. My family (husband, me, children ages 4 and 6) took the back bedroom with the queen bed, single bed and cot. There was plenty of room and it was quiet space for kids to go to bed. The huge ensuite bathroom was wonderful. The other two bedrooms near the front were perfect for my adult nieces and their boyfriends and they each had their own ensuite bathrooms, as well. The condo's location was great, too. Restaurants, grocery stores and beaches were very near and the lovely town of Lahaina was just a few minutes away. Before our stay, during, and after, Tim was fantastic to deal with. He was so accommodating about many things and was a wealth of information. I highly recommend this property and hope we can go back again!

The perfect home base
This was our first trip with our 9 month old and Tim & Kim's place couldn't have been more perfect! The accommodations were just as described by the other reviewers - it is beautifully maintained and truly has everything you need. The proximity to the beach was priceless. It was perfect to spend a morning or afternoon at the beach and then take an easy walk back for meals and nap time. Kahana is also perfectly located for day excursions to Lahaina for a whale watch (if you're hoping to get a closer look by boat, but you can also see them from the lanai); or to check out the neighboring beaches and restaurants of Ka'anapali and Napili. Great farmers markets and fresh fish markets were less than 10 minutes away and allowed us to enjoy cooking-in and watching the sunset from home. We can't say enough about what it meant to us to call this condo home for the week. It was a week we won't soon forget!

Flowers blow through on the trades.
I along with four friends stayed for 10 days We had a terrific time, the condo was perfectly located for nearly everything, close to Lahaina and its restaurants and shopping. World class golf courses in Kapaula and Kaanapali only minutes away. The condo was beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed. One of my friends commented " I love this place, flowers blow through on the trade winds" The plumeria flowers from the tree at the front door blew through on the trade wind when the condo when the front door was propped open. we had a lovely time.

Going back for more!
We have stayed in this complex for 3 years now but never at a better unit than this one. The view is wonderful, the unit itself is fantastic and I have to say that the communication with the owner is above and beyond. Any questions we had were answered on the spot, helpful suggestions were made for things for us to do, etc. It is fully equipped and we needed nothing. Nice A/C for those of us who come from a cooler climate (Washington state), a fully supplied kitchen (we only needed to add food), very clean upon arrival, wonderful yet quiet pool area and literally steps from the sand of the beach and ocean. We liked it so much that we've already rented it again for our vacation in 2016! I highly recommend this unit.

Family vacation
We stayed for a week in July and enjoyed everyday. It suited us perfectly for 3 families with 4 grandchildren, ages 4 to 8. The pool was great for the kids when they weren't on the beach and the outdoor showers were used a lot for sand removal.The barbecues were used almost every night. The dining area plus the deck accommodated us even when relatives came for dinner. Convenient location for going up or down to different beaches.

Beautiful beach condo!
I've had a time share at the Kahana Beach Resort for ten years now, and I would much rather stay at this condo. Very quiet and spacious, and great for a relaxing vacation. There's a private beach right outside your doors, and a pool and barbeque. Fully stocked and furnished, very clean and comfortable; the only thing you'll need will be in your suitcase. Amazing views and a beautiful garden. Walking distance to several restaurants and a farmers market. This condo is perfect for a family vacation or just a private getaway.
