Description
The suite is suitable for a couple or a small family. It has two queen sized beds. One is a day bed, it can be pulled out into a queen with two separate singe mattresses. A crib or cot for infants can be provided. The room is spacious for up to 2 but suitable for up to 4 people (once the bed is pulled out, you lost some floor space and it's a bit tight, the place is 220 sf or 22m2 total).
The floor is tiled and cold. If this is a problem I would recommend bringing slippers.
The studio is attached to the main house, with it's own separate entrance, so you can come and go as you please. The house is located in a residential neighborhood between the downtown and the beach at Lakeside Park. It's an around 15 minute walk either way.
The micro kitchen is small with an induction cook top (hotplate), toaster oven, microwave, k'cup coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. The fridge is located in a storage area a step away from your door, so you won't have to listen to it's compressor at night. It can be moved inside for people who stay longer than a couple of nights and prefer that.
We encourage everyone to ask, if there's anything else needed. Nelson is a beautiful town, we'd like you to enjoy your stay.

Excellent stay
We spent a great week in this cozy rental suite. It is very modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The suite is very private and the owners are very organized when it comes to communicating any needs we've had. It is located in a quiet area of Nelson, and is within walking distance to Lakeside Park and grocery stores. The owners and their neighbours were very welcoming. We were able to make our own food (access to fridge) and our laundry onsite. The owners accomodated our daughter with toys and books. We will definitely come back with the new baby, as the suite can accommodate up to four people. We recommend this place for little families or couples.

Comfortable and very clean
It is very clean and comfortable. Located in quiet area but close to Nelson downtown. The kitchen is good enough to do simple cooking and has a fridge outside of the suite. We had a wonderful stay at this rental place. Perfect place for couples and families with young children.

We liked our stay in this clean and well appointed tiny appartment. Everything was there and more. We loved the location ( very quiet), the fact that the appartment has its own entrance and the lovely bathroom. When we visit Nelson again, we will definitely go back!

Great Suite and Close to Downtown.
Suite more than met our expectations, and given the price would rate as five stars. Hosts were very welcoming, and place was relatively close to Baker St. and Supermarket. Hosts had nice touches as Keurig, and very nice bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and nice to have a single bed off to the side as well.

Perfect studio appartment in ideal location
This studio appartment worked out perfectly for myself and friend. We stayed for a week and it more than met all our needs. New, very clean and bright, well appointed, wonderful location, with easy walking access to downtown Nelson. Hosts were very friendly and very very helpful. I will definately come back here to stay. We had a wonderful experience.

Cozy & comfy little suite
Small but cozy & comfortable. Only downside was that it didn't have air conditioning. Owners were friendly and helped us bring our bags in. I would stay here again.

Great 2 night stop in Nelson
Lovely comfortable apartment in pleasant and quiet residential area not far from downtown Nelson. Limited parking could be a problem although we were able to find space on the street. Very clean and well equipped. Friendly hostess. Price/value ratio very good. Wonderful part of the province. We will definitely return.
