Description
The Space is a studio apartment with a great patio/ backyard that comes with a Canoe and BBQ too. Very Spacious Interior with a Full bath and a 3/4 kitchen. The Space has a New Bed, Smart TV with Cable a DVD player and a comfortable Couch too. The Walls are a Gallery and the Owner is an accomplished Travel Photographer so there is a very Global feel. Owner owns a Tour Business providing Tours around Lake Tahoe and has a Gallery in town as well. A Well Stocked Fridge is there if you need. Prices are on the door. There is everything you need to Cook!
Guest Access
The Parking Is truly right in front of Entrance.
A Key holder is located to the left of the front door, please use the code to gain access to the key which will open the front door. Please leave that key in the box.
There is a Foyer for Shoes and Jackets.
Notice the Key in the Door On the Left. That is your key. Open that door which takes you Down to the Studio. The Back Yard and patio is accessible to everyone.
When you Check out, please leave the key downstairs on the kitchen Counter and lock the door behind you.

My Name is Chris and I will be happy to Help and Advise on what to Do here in Tahoe. I am a 38 year local of Incline and Know the Lake like the Back of my hand. My hope is that you will enjoy your stay.
The Neighborhood
You are located within walking distance to almost the entire Town and have Mass transit just across the main street. Ideal for Travelers!
Getting Around
Within a Minutes walk to Ski Resort Buses and The TART system too. Easy Access to EVERYTHING TAHOE!!
Other Things to Note
I do have neighbors and I live in and around other Townhouses. We do not leave trash or food in our cars and or on the patio. Bears will Come and they can ruin a good nights sleep.

Please Understand that we are Fun but also there is a Limit to what is cool and what is not. Please treat TALBOT's with Respect.

Just what we needed for a one night stay
The place was perfect for our one night in Tahoe, as we were basically just looking for a place to sleep. It was clean! We were a little bummed there was no coffee and the TV was pretty tiny and the couch is kind of far away so when we were browsing Netflix, I had a hard time seeing the titles haha. But overall we were happy with our stay!
