Private Incline Village Beaches:
Incline Village has several gorgeous and well-maintained private beaches, which are not accessible to the general public: Ski Beach, Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach.
The only way to access these beaches is if an owner or legal resident grants access to a guest (there are also additional daily per-person fees).
To obtain a private beach access pass:
-->Please notify host at least three days prior to your arrival and request an access pass.
-->The name of the guest booking the reservation will be submitted for passes equal to the the exact number of guests listed in the reservation (four guests maximum). Guests pick up the access pass at the Incline Village Parks and Recreation Center. Bring the pass to one of the private beach entrances and pay the appropriate entrance fee amount.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
Exactly what we needed to get away for the weekend. Its in a good location close to shops and a great little restaurant we found near by. The bed was cozy and warm, and the price was good.
