This custom built home is on a private 3/4 acre level yard. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths and central air conditioning. This spacious home is on a private quiet road and is just a 10 minute walk to town and a short stroll to the WESTMOOR CLUB. We have a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are adjacent dining areas for sitting more than 10. The floors throughout are wide pine & stone. The first floor living room has a fireplace. The sunny family room has an entertainment center - HDTV, streaming and cable, DVR & wireless internet. There is a 1st floor bedroom suite with queen bed and full bath. The 2nd floor MASTER SUITE has a king bed, full bath & cathedral ceiling. There are 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds & full bathroom on this floor. The 2nd floor also has a sitting area, with large TV, which opens to a balcony with scenic views. The finished lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and full bath, adjacent game room with slap air hockey & board games. This lower level area is great for children or for an au pair. There is an oversized mahogany deck in the back, with 5 deck chairs and complete with BBQ grill for outside cooking and dining and overlooks the yard. The front of the house with large yard has a covered porch for relaxing. There is a shed with 5 adult bikes, one child's bike and a tricycle; fishing rods, beach chairs and mats and cornhole game boards. A generous supply of beach towels are in the kitchen cabinet.

Wonderful vacation
Our group of five couples rented this house for a week. Everything that was described in the listing was accurate and then some. The house is on a quiet street in a lovely setting, convenient to town and beaches. It's spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation.

Best Family Reunion Ever!
Can’t thank you enough for the wonderful family reunion (10 adults) at your house last week…A private hidden gem off the beaten path! The location is perfect! Walking distance to town & Steps Beach and an easy bike ride to the other beaches. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard and grilling on the deck…perfect for our big family dinners! Everything we needed was easy to find in the well equipped kitchen! Thank you!!!

The house is beautiful and spacious and is in a very convenient location.
Our family had a great time in Nantucket. Luckily the weather was great so we made lots of use of the bikes as well as the fishing rods that are provided. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful, large house near town but with privacy.
The house was perfectly clean and well maintained. Lots of space for families, and 2 master suites for adults. Less than a mile walk to town and to Steps beach. Quiet, with a great yard. We had a small problem and the owner helped out immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.
