Description
Just minutes north of Crescent City, nestled on 5 lush acres surrounded by a picturesque forest of tall redwood trees that showcase a beautiful brand new, non smoking,2450 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, with a 3 car garage with electronic door openers. The fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the dining and great room has tile floors, granite countertops, a double oven (convection option also), gas range, and side-by-side refrigerator. The double stainless steel sink and dishwasher are housed on a separate island that offers seating for entertaining. The utility room includes a pantry along with extra counter space, and is located directly off the kitchen where a washer & dryer are available for use.
The Great room includes two love seats (one with double recliners) and a sofa (that is also a fold out queen size bed) to relax on while watching TV, relaxing with a book,or enjoying the comfort and warmth from the freestanding wood stove. The French doors open onto a nice covered patio where guests can enjoy the quiet beauty, and surroundings.
The four bedrooms are carpeted for warmth, and offer plenty of storage. Located between two of the bedrooms is a Jack & Jill bathroom with their own separate sink and medicine cabinets. The shower is also separate from both the lavatory and sinks. The master suite has a TV, and sliding glass door that open onto the back patio. Included in the master bath is a large glass enclosed shower w/seat, a soaking tub, and two separate sinks. Grocery stores: Fort Dick Market 1/4 mile, Safeway and Walmart super store in town (10 miles),and Fred Meyers in Brooking (20 miles north on 101).
Sleeps 10 Rate fee is for the first 8 people. Additional fee of $10 Off season.$12 Summer, per person per night. (Will accommodate 12 people, with king size mattress in garage. )
One time pet fee of $25.
Off season rates start October 1.
Summer rate start Memorial Day weekend.

So amazing
We stayed here to take a shower and do some laundry after camping a week. The house was way more than we needed but in the location we needed to be. We loved the house and the property so much. There was everything you need right here and with all the trees you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. It was so quiet. I wish I could find a con but really can’t. Maybe a nice hot tub in the backyard? :) but that’s not really a con. We are definitely booking this place next year with our family next time. Can’t wait to come again. We actually we’re very close at changing our plans and booking another night. However we need to be adults and work our way down the coast home.

Absolutely perfect!
We stayed here for my cousin’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect! I have never stayed in such a well equipped rental home. There was everything you would ever need, down to the aprons! The house was beautifully decorated for Fall and there was a lovely note from the house keeper. We had seven people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Wonderful house for our family gathering!
The backyard was great for the kids. The kids loved the fort, while the adults played horse shoes. We made s’mores and had hot cocoa and hung out around the fire pit. The house is very comfortable and very well appointed with lots of extra towels, sheets and blankets. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need including spices. I would highly recommend this house!
Perfect for a large family
The Mauricio's place was just what we needed. It was set up perfectly for our large extended family. Even though it rained and was cold, we loved the wood stove and used the home as our home base for the trip. We stayed 5 nights and no one felt cramped...all had plenty of room. The home was well stocked and just felt like home to us.

A huge house with tons of space. Plenty of room for everyone. A a perfect little gem in the middle of the Redwoods right outside Crescent City! We had the best girls weekend and can’t wait to go back again!

Great rental near the redwoods!
We had a wonderful time taking our elderly parents to visit the redwoods. We had seven adults and had plenty of room in this comfortable home. We loved the beauty, the privacy, and the daily visit from the neighboring black lab! Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful house
Wonderful house. The setting was gorgeous. Everything you could ever need was provided. The fire pit was great. Beautiful parklike setting In the redwoods. The house was so neat and clean. The housekeeper Vada was a wonderful friendly person.I would definitely stay here again
