ABOUT THE HOUSE
This newly renovated incline village gem features vaulted ceilings and brand new mid-century modern decor. With two bedrooms downstairs, master on main, it sleeps up to 8 people. There is also a twin-size roll away bed with a top of the line memory foam mattress available upon request.
You'll be stunned by the lake views as you walk into the spacious, light-filled mid-century modern living room, featuring polished hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. There’s a huge sectional sofa, a 55” Samsung Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors open up onto to the wrap around back deck overlooking Lake Tahoe.
The kitchen is outfitted with all the appliances, cookware, and stemware needed to never eat a meal out. A rolling center island provides extra counter space for the chef to prepare delectable meals for all to enjoy around the hand-crafted dining table for 8.
The master bedroom is a private oasis with stunning lake views, a brand new king-size SATVA luxury mattress, hotel quality linens, and a Samsung Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom one on the lower level features two double beds, a 55" mounted flatscreen Panasonic TV over a gas burning fireplace, sliding glass doors opening onto lower deck, and beautiful lake views. We keep toys in the large closet of this room for those traveling with children.
Bedroom two on the lower level features a luxurious queen size bed, a Samsung Smart TV, sliding glass doors opening onto lower deck, beautiful lake view and an en-suite bath with tub.
