Just a few steps from the tennis courts and a minute or two from the beach, activities are within walking distance. But why walk when you can ride? Enjoy the TWO Golf Carts and never have to walk! You can even get a glimpse of the Gulf from the 3rd floor! Brand new furnishing and professionally designed. On the first floor you will find the sprawling master suite complete with a king size bed with fine linens, a large flat-screen smart TV, balcony and a huge bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and spacious shower. Lots of closet space as well! Going up to the second floor, you will be wowed by the spacious yet private floor plan. The living area is nestles to the left of the stairs and the large kitchen is to the right. Lots of natural light and seating for guests in the dining area. A guest bedroom can be found on this floor with a bathroom adjoining to the hall. On the third floor are the two remaining guest bedrooms as well as more living space and bunk beds for the kiddos. Great views from the balconies and charming custom work throughout. All bedrooms are equipped with large Smart TVs.
Complimentary beach chairs, beach games, an umbrella, ice chests, and a wagon to cart it all to the beach! You can fill your ice chests up with ice from the commercial ice maker in the garage. We also provide complimentary tennis rackets for the tennis courts in the back yard. You will become so spoiled you will not want to leave!
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $368 Departure Clean, $79 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
