Come relax and make memories that will last a lifetime! Great for families with this open, spacious layout. Two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, extra large kitchen for the cooks in the family, including a crock pot for the lazy nights after a long day at the beach! Begin your tour with the comfortable living room area with it's gorgeous views, gaze at the Gulf from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall, 9 ft windows. Fall into the sofa and lose yourself in the lull of the ocean outside the sliding glass door, or immerse yourself with one of the latest finds on Netflix, Hulu and more on the large flat screen TV. The couch also doubles as a sleeper! In the dining area you will find a large table with seating for 8 with additional 3 seats at the bar. The master Gulf front suite features a glamorous king size bed with quality linens and bedding, large closet, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two beds; one king and one full, luxurious bed linens. There is also a flat screen TV for some light entertainment before bed. There is also a full bathroom in the main living area, and full size washer in the kitchen pantry area for your convenience.
Onsite, we have a large community pool, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, a lake front barbeque area with both gas and charcoal grills. Our gated resort has 24 hour security for your safety.
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $170 Departure Clean, $79 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $35 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
