Description
The dream vacation starts as soon as you open the door. The waves crashing on the sandy beach mesmerizes while the brilliant sunshine immediately relaxes you. Your tour of the condo starts after you walk out to the 30' front porch to take in the views, and listen to the ocean. Relax on the bar stools at the table, or on the cushioned couch and chairs on the porch. As you enter the 2500 square foot Tower 8 condo (Towers 8 & 9 are the newest, most modern buildings), the open design kitchen/living/dining room with breakfast nook welcomes you. Granite counter tops, dark granite sink with finger touch faucet, glass top stove, with everything you'll need to make your kitchen work easier. Dining room table is comfortable with 6, but works for 8. Breakfast counter is great for a quick bite or to keep the cook company. When you need quiet time, the spacious Florida room has a sleep couch, chairs, and work table. The twin oceanfront master bedrooms totally complete your relaxation, as you wake up in the morning and watch the surf without lifting your head off the pillow.. Both masters have new king beds and mattresses, with their own bathrooms (one also has a corner tub). The third bedroom (more private than the front ones), has a queen bed (also new), and entrance into the third bath. There is a sleep couch in the Florida room, but the rear outdoor deck lights keep the room bright. Like all the high end condos in the neighborhood, washer & dryer, dishwasher, sink disposal, etc... are here, as are pool table, work out equipment, and meeting area. With pristine sand, beautiful clear water, and the public beach access buildings away, we have the best beach experience possible. Our location affords easy access to the heated pool, hot tub, sun chairs, and gated beach entrance, which are located at the other end of the building, and not in front impacting our views! Ponce Inlet keeps you close to everything in Central Florida, without being in the middle of everything.
