The space
Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from the famous Ho'okipa Beach Park. Each room has been carefully designed to leave a lasting impression on each of our guests.
This listing is for an upstairs studio (no bedroom). The studio apartment is spacious and has a queen bed. An extra single bed or futon is available upon request. It has a kitchenette, a large bathroom shower and private balcony with table.
The Kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is no oven, stove or dishwasher. Enjoy use of the TV, WI-FI, and shared washer and dryer on site. This listing can comfortably fit three guests. Need more space? Check out the one bedroom units!
The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to many local shops, restaurants (sushi, vegetarian, etc.), and other amenities--such as a fitness club. Our place is very relaxing and will give you an idea of real island living. Come escape the busy tourist areas and experience the magic of aloha at Puu Koa Palms.

Great place located out of town, very nice and quiet. A bit on the "old" side and use the fan, it can become quite warm without the AC :)

Amazing location
Amazing location to explore all that the north and east side of the island has to offer. Right along the road to Hana (get a head start before all the crowds!), close to paia for shopping and dining, and 5 mins from hookipa beach to fullfill all your turtles viewing desires. Stefanos place is equipped with all that you’ll need and more. No AC but the cross breeze cools it down so nicely it’s truly not needed. Huge bathroom, tons of room!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. It’s a great location on the road to Hana and close to Haleakal?, but we also explored the south coast and west Maui from here. The space was large and had everything we needed (including a cooler!) The only negatives would be that the walls are super thin so we could clearly hear all our neighbours. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs! Also, some of the items were not quite as clean as I would have liked.

Stefano's place was perfect
Stefano's place was perfect. So close to so many great things, about 5 minutes from Hookipa Beach (one of the better surfing beaches). Had everything we needed, we were able to cook much more efficiently than I expected. Amazing breakfast spot 3 minutes away called Baked on Maui. And right on the start of Road to Hana if you plan on doing that trip. This place was so perfect, Haiku is ideal for a true Maui experience.

Stefano's place was clean and tidy. check in went seamlessly and very easy to understand, which was a blessing as we landed in late. The basics that you may need were all there and the fan in the cupboard was amazing. I loved coming back to the little studio apartment and if I were to come back to Maui, I would definitely stay there again.

This place was a great stay
This place was a great stay! Stefano provided an extra cot for us and was always so prompt on replies. We were off the beaten path, which I loved. Only downfall for some people might be that it’s in a unit so you can hear a lot of your neighbors activities, especially comings and goings and if they have music on. But we come prepared for that with noise machine apps on our phones and ear plugs at night.
