Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from infamous Ho'okipa beach park. Each room has been carefully conceived and designed to leave a lasting impression on each of our guests.

This listing is for a downstairs studio listing (no bedroom). The studio apartment has a spacious living room with a queen bed, convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, a large bathroom with tub and private lanai.

The Kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is no oven, stove or dishwasher. Enjoy use of the TV, Private Phone, Wireless High speed or dial-up internet, and shared Washer and Dryer on site. This listing can comfortable fit three guests. Need more space? The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to many local shops, restaurants, and other amenities - like upcountry fitness which has a free 10 day trail. Excellent stay at Stefano’s place

Excellent stay at Stefano’s place. Very large studio, very clean. Well equipped for light meals though I didn’t need. Great location and value for pricy Maui. 10/10 would stay again next visit.

The place was very clean, town was easily accessible, Stefano was helpful and responsive. We had a great time here and never experienced any bugs like we kind of expended to. We were very conscious to keep food put away since we were in Upcountry Maui. This place suited our needs and I would recommend Stefano as a host any day. Aloha!!

Stefano's place was a exactly what we needed for a week vacation. There were enough kitchen amenities at the house in case you want to cook in and you are close enough to town (8-10 min) if you want to eat out. Upon arrival a night time, the check-in instructions were perfectly clear and we got into the place quickly and without issue. Everything was clean upon arrival and we did not have any issues with bugs throughout our stay, as we saw others had noted. 10/10 would recommend this place and we will likely book again when we return to Maui.

Stefano's place was perfect

Stefano's place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was spacious for a studio. We easily cooked some of our meals as the kitchen has everything we needed. The studio was sparkling clean. There is beach equipment there to borrow--we especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. He also has snorkel gear (but we brought our own). Communication with Stefano was very easy. We'd never been to Hawaii before so I wasn't really sure which part of the island we should stay in. We got lucky with this location. It was right on the Hana Highway and 5 minutes from Ho'okipa beach which has sea turtles resting in the sun at the east side. This was amazing for us and we checked them out several times while there. The small town of Paia is very close and has some great shops. We recommend this place.
