Max stay - 6 persons/$50.00 per day for extra adult, community pool not heated, no tax on rental fee, cleaning fee $150.00 - you can receive a $50.00 refund on cleaning fee (If you follow all property instructions), all trash to be emptied into trash bins prior to your departure, refrigerator must be emptied of all items upon your departure, Kitchen to be left clean and dishes/pans etc. back to original placement. Please manage all utilities to avoid unnecessary high costs - thank you!We look forward to returning back to you your $300.00 Security Deposit (2-3 days after departure) and we thank you in advance for following property instructions.

Vacation Rental 269473
My wife and I had a great experience for 3 months in our home away from home in the 2012, we will return in 2013. The location is perfect, close to wine country and associated restaurants. In addition, the location provided a close proximity to a good selection of shopping. Also, the availability to even more city restaurants made the experience memorable. The stainless steel natural gas BBQ and expansive bar area were beautiful additions and provided us another option for our evening meals at home. Cable TV had a great selection for entertainment. Wifi was a great addition for our devices. The kitchen was very well equipped and convenient for our culinary needs. The landlord was attentive and involved in making sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We cannot say enough about our landlord, perfect responses, and attention to detail. WOW!! Our rental home was clean, very clean. The home was on a quiet street in a very nice residential area. The grounds were very well kept. We also marveled at how well the city was also manicured. It provided a very pleasant visual experience. The location met our expectations, in fact, we marveled at how convenient we were to everything. There were restaurant events, wine events, cooking events, entertainment events. There were just events to satisfy most personalities. The whole experience was great, and we are returning to enjoy another season in California. Finally, we just say thank you for being able to call your home our home away.

Exactly what we wanted
We chose to stay in Temecula because of it being central to SD, LA and Palm Dessert, all places we wanted to visit. We also noticed the weather in April was 5-10 degrees warmer than along the coast. There was 6 of us in the house (2 parents, 2 kids and 2 grandparents) and it was perfect. The kitchen was big enough that we could all help out, there was enough room to sit and chat, the backyard was great and the street was quite enough that we were comfortable with our kids playing outside with the other kids on the street and visiting with the cats. The hot tub was a great feature that everyone enjoyed at one time or another. There were a couple of small things worth noting. While in the backyard there was road noise from the other side of the wall and the community pool was not heated while we were there. Neither of these were a show stoppers at all. The house and supplies included were exactly as we expected. It was walking distance to groceries and many other amenities. I would stay there again.

Beautiful relaxing home
In August 2012 we went for the property on Via Tafalla and this was an excellent choice. The house is spacious, as clean as I expected it to be, well kept and in a quiet neighbourhood with a pool and jacuzzi within a minute's walk. It is close to the freeway, shopping centres so the location was a good starting point for our stay. The house itself offers enough room for all of us. This time we were four adults and a 6 year old kid. Spacewise no problem to live in the house. And even during one of the hottest weeks in the Temacula area the house could be kept cool enough quite easily. The pool table is a very nice addition to our leisure programme.The garage is large enough to hold two cars and to store some hardware you don't need everyday. Beds were good, clean with very nice bedding materials and the presence of more than enough extra bedding and towels surprised us pleasantly. Furthermore the balcony at the master bedroom and garden are very nice and quiet to relax in as well as the outside bar and gas bbq are a fine extension of the American way of life. The owner was very helpful. From the beginning of making reservations, during our stay and making preparations for going back home she was always available and kept us informed about ongoing matters. The Temecula area offers a variety of things to do. Major stores are close by and you are only an hour away from Disney, Sea World or downtown San Diego. We especially liked hiking in the hills and dining out in one of the fine restaurants around the old town of Temecula.Thank you so much for having this property on the market and we will certainly come back for anothe fine holiday period and surely recommend this relaxing home to others.

Great, well decorated, comfortable property
This property handled the six in our family very comfortably. It is located very close to shopping, groceries, and dinning. Patios and outside sitting areas are wonderful in the evenings. I would recommend this property to any one who is looking for an upscale home setting.

Home from home
This property worked out really well for us during our trip in February 2017. Ideal size for our family of four in a great location. Ease of access to local shops and freeways made it ideal for us to travel around the area and just nip to the shops when we needed something. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, everything we needed was there. Great communication from the owners that couldn't be more helpful.

Roomy and comfortable.
The location is excellent for proximity to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. Bonus for us were the neighbours who care for the property in the owners absence. They were extremely helpful in many ways. Plenty of room in the home and the double car garage was a welcomed convenience. Dan and Joanne
