This second-story, beautifully furnished haven is steps from the 15th tee. Featuring soaring ceilings, a large living room with fireplace and wet bar leading to a formal dining room. A spacious fully-equipped kitchen features an additional eating area. The master suite has a king-size bed, a large private bath with two sinks, and access to the private balcony. BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW TILE FLOORS throughout entire condo (except bedrooms) installed Jan 2016!!
The charming second bedroom holds a full bed and two twin beds. There is also a full-size roll-away bed, 2 queen-size air beds, infant crib, etc. stored within the unit for your use. A laundry room with washer and dryer offers convenience.

This condo is perfect - overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids...the common areas are very well groomed and the condo itself is very well furnished. Close to shops and stores. Very fun!

Talk about a perfect set-up! Overlooks the pool, beautifully furnished and every accessory needed for a great vacation. Bring the kids. They even have a sony playstation. Sun, swimming, and one of the nicest golf courses I've ever played. We will definitely be back...Can't wait til next January. A BIG THUMBS UP

Just Perfect
Wow I can't believe it took me so long to write this review! I had such a positive experience renting this property for four couples over a weekend. There was so much space I can't even imagine how comfortable a single family would be here. The property was spotless, in an extremely serene/safe neighborhood, and had all the amenities you would need (plus some fun extras if you have kids). There was plenty of furniture/decoration to give it that home-y feel but without any of the clutter you might experience at at other properties. A big plus: plenty of bathroom counter space so two (or more) can get ready without bumping elbows. The owners were incredibly easy and enjoyable to work with. They were not bothered by any questions whatsoever (they even made time to answer my call while at Disneyland with their kids!) and they were responsive to last-minute texts during check-in and check-out. A great property complemented by friendly owners who really know what they're doing-- 5 stars!
Great location and value
My wife and I loved the location of the condo (close to Interstate 10 and Cook St.). We didn't use the golf course or the pools, but loved the tennis facilities and the driving range at the golf course. Not long after we arrived at the condo, we had a problem with the cable service. The owners had everything back up and running within minutes. We loved the community and felt the rental fee represented excellent value. We have booked again for next year - need we say more!
Great location and value
This is the second year that we have spent at this condo in Palm Desert. We loved the new flooring and really appreciated the timely repairs to the balcony door handle. We regularly used the fitness facility and tennis courts and thoroughly enjoyed lunches at the golf club house while overlooking the 18th hole. We didn't play the course, but found the practice facility very good. If we can, we'll be back again.

Great getaway
Our condo had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay! We really loved that the pool was just steps away from the condo! Host Kristy was so sweet and easy to work with. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful views, comfortable home
This house was perfect for our group! The girls stayed in the room with the king bed and the larger bathroom, and the guys stayed in the other room. The balcony was perfect for a BBQ and enjoying the beautiful views of the mountain and pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the weekend. Although the pool and hot tub are shared among the gated community, they are right in the backyard so it was almost like we had our own pool and hot tub! However security is very strict about the hours of operation and noise levels. The host was extremely helpful and kind. She answered all of our questions ahead of time and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. We will likely return next year, and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!
