Nice location
Nice location.Nice view. Quiet building with good amenties. Old apartment well maintained. AC only in the livingroom (listing that not says that as other listing do) that could refresh masterbedroom but never the second room. Nice private beach. No too many food options around

Amazing location
Amazing location - central to all activities and places we wanted to check out. Loved the beach in front with small kids. Check in was easy using the lockbox. Condo could use renovations and updating but was clean. Our one issue was quiet hours - 10pm to 8am. We didn’t know about them before arriving and the first morning a neighbour below came up at 8 to complain that we were noisy as we’d been talking on our lanai that morning. She also felt that due to the laminate floor in the common areas we needed to be quiet walking and moving about at all times. Having two small kids who were on a different time zone made the mornings stressful as we tried to keep them quiet until 8am. We didn’t feel like we could even be out on the lanai to enjoy the view with breakfast. Overall it’s a nice condo and location but I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was travelling without children.

The balcony is wonderful
The location is in as small village. It has a small market store and restaurants within walking distance. A warning, all businesses close at 9:30p.m. The village has a great history and shows it colors of a small harbor well. With tour and fishing charters leaving daily. It is very nice to see in the morning and the evening daily life of island. The view of the ocean is amazing. The balcony is wonderful, the pool and common areas are well kept. With small beach on site and a larger beach/park adjacent to a wildlife preserve a 10 minute walk away. Experiencing the ocean is amazing easy. Not surrounded by resorts and hotels, this place gives you a more of a secluded feel. Almost like you live on the island. Highly recommended.

The view was amazing
The view was amazing. We slept with the windows open, listened to the waves! First day we were there the whales were easy to see from the Lanai. Norm has some beach chairs that we borrowed, and also great pots and pans, stocked fridge with mustard etc. We were planning on using the BBQ but never got around to it! My sons said that the drainage in the back bathroom was not great and ended up taking shower in the front bathroom. Norm was easy to get ahold of, and we didn't have any problems with check in. Laundry was great. We recycle and they do that there. We also loved the location, middle of the island sort of, great! We had a wonderful time.

Great condo
Great condo central to all Maui has to offer. Perfect spot to unwind & view the whales and turtles in the harbor. Nice wee beach and swimming pool for the kids.

The perfect location
The perfect location to get away from the tourist crowds. Unsurpassed views from the lanai, at all hours. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking needs. Bring eye-shade and earplugs if staying in back bedroom, due to bright outside lighting and elevator noise, but let this dissuade you from staying here - it is fabulous and comfortable. Great beach at the end of the road - 15 minute walk.
