Description
Ainani Jade Ohana in Volcano Village is a lovely and spacious beautified house with many windows overlooking tall Hapu'u ferns in a rainforest setting, with beautiful peaceful views awaiting you whether it is sunny, misty or rainy.
We also have a fresh filtered drinking water spigot on the sink. Also three dehumidifiers to keep the air dry and free from any odor. Also a new 38' TV with many cable channels and dvd movies.
This listing (SLEEPS 6) is the 'downstairs' of this vacation rental.
Please respect privacy of guests booked upstairs.
The downstairs unit has one huge bedroom, divided by a full height wall into two sleeping areas. One with two double/full sized beds, one with one double/full size bed. Sorry there are no doors to the bedrooms.
There is one bathroom, full kitchen, living room and cable TV and telephone.
Homeowners recently installed a HD 43' new TV downstairs & we have a list of the programs for them.

While enjoying Kona coffee by the wood stove, you can look over the giant hapu'u tree ferns (12 feet high), exotic flowers of Ginger and Anthuriums (in season), and the dark Ohia trees with the red Lehua blossoms. A peaceful, serene escape from the 'daily grind'. Every window has a nice view.
Enjoy natural beauty and incredible privacy. Step out your door and into a quiet time and place. Stroll down the canopied lanes located less than a half-mile from the heart of the village or take in some of the many sights of the island easily accessible from here.

Clean and excellant accomodations. We enjoyed the proximity to Volcano National Park, gasoline and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious. Lovely grounds! Home is comfortable and well supplied. You might want to check kitchen sink faucet for small leak for maintenence and future damage prevention. For us, was all good tho. Again, thanks.
