Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our 'home away from home' vacation rental site. Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is a great vacation rental for larger families that have a hard time finding a unit big enough for the entire family. This lovely tropical property is centrally located on the beautiful island of Maui. We are 20 minutes from the airport and central to many activities, shops, and restaurants on the island.
It is located in a beatiful resort. Everywhere you look you will experience well maintained tropical grounds. The resort is very peaceful and relaxing. The pool and Jacuzzi are within meters from the patio. The resort boasts the largest condo resort pool in Kihei; even your little ones can play in this pool. There are two tennis courts, a ping pong table, and a ground shuffleboard on site. You might even find some putting holes in the lawn. Three large BBQs are also at your disposal at the cabana. You could picnic there as well if you so desire.
The unit is located just across the street from what they call the 6 Mile Beach where you can enjoy a morning jog or sit with a coffee and enjoy the morning breeze, or you could simply pick up the beach chairs, toys or/and boogie boards provided by us and enjoy a day at one of Maui's beaches in the awesome deep blue ocean. Ahhhhh! Hawaii is known as 'paradise Island.'
Our 'home away from home' is a 2000 sq ft unit, consistingof 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.This unit can sleep 12. We now have split air conditioning. Ceiling fans are also in every room. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor with Cal King beds, one of which has an ensuite. The large 'Hotel' bedroom upstairs has one bunk bed (double/single), a futon, and a queen bed. The 4th 'closed loft' bedroom has a queen bed. We also supply a playpen which could also be used for a baby/toddler bed. There is cable T.V. in every bedroom and also in the main living area.
The kitchen is also fully loaded with all your basics and an ice maker on the freezer door. There is a new stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet.
The telephone may be used free of charge for calling within the USA and Canada.
We also provide a high chair, stroller, infant and toddler booster seat so you do not need to travel with all that extra bulk. This is something we appreciated when traveling with young ones.
This is a non-smoking unit inside and out and absolutely no pets, due to allergies.
This unit is cleaned before you arrive and again after you leave.
We also provide you with a white 9 passenger Suburban. You must provide proof of insurance with collision before you may use it. Our insurance will not cover you.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. We do not do a back to back booking on Sundays, You may, however, arrive on Sunday OR leave on Sunday, but not both ????

3 Generation Vacation
The house and location exceeded our highest expectations. Yolanda and Leo were so easy to work with, flexible and always getting back to us quickly. The car, which our granddaughter named “Houston”, was such a plus. Just an outstanding vacation celebrating a milestone birthday and anniversary. Would love to come back. Perfect Location & Lots of Aloha
My Scout group (11 travelers) stayed here for a week to celebrate our girls going to high school. From the very first communication with Yolanda there was so much Aloha! She was very responsive to all of my questions and willing to help us with our trip. The island agent/contact was also very helpful. The condo itself is very spacious and well equipped. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, and kitchen items for all 11 of us. The rooms were wonderful - the beds were comfy, the decor was very nice, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It really is only a short walk to the beach. The condo has lots of beach gear to use like toys, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and chairs. There was enough for all 11 of us to enjoy the beach gear. The Suburban was icing on an already wonderful cake. It was waiting for us at the airport and the instructions for retrieving it/returning it were clearly communicated. Our stay was so perfect that many of my Scouts didn't want to come home! I didn't want to return home either! Mahalo to Leo & Yolanda for sharing their beautiful home and vehicle with my group.

Excellent Stay for Family of 12
My family was happy overall with our stay at this property in Kihei! We definitely took advantage of the ping pong table, suburban, and swimming pool. We had a 1 year old with us and it was nice to have access to everything we needed for her. Kihei itself is a great quiet place to stay and everything is just a short drive away. Yolanda is very helpful and she is very quick and detailed with her communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay with your family
This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, well laid out floor plan, plenty of beds and right by the pool and close to the beach. We were very happy with the car, amenities the condo had and location. Highly recommend.

A wonderful week
We stayed in this condo June 14-22, 2019. It is an excellent place to stay. We had 8 people (6 adults and 2 children), and this 4 bedroom condo was perfect. Being on the ground floor was super, and being so close to the pool was great. The condo was clean, and furnished beautifully. There was a lot of extra beach equipment for us to use. The owner of the condo, Yolanda, is extra nice. She answered all my questions, in a short time. She was very helpful. Having the Suburban was very valuable. The online listing is very accurate. The nearby sand beach by the ocean nearby turned out to be very rocky, so we used other beaches. Kam I was really nice.
