Beautiful property and great location

We loved our stay here. It’s a short walk to town. Great views and nicely kept! Thank you!!

Nice house with great convenience and amenities.

It was only my wife and I, but we found the place to be perfect for relaxing after long days out and about. Within walking distance of many different places to eat. Right around the corner from 17 mile drive and grocery stores for your needs. The spa was great, well maintained, and was a very nice addition to the vacation. The house was very clean, well kept, and I didn't have any concerns about things not being clean. The only problem we had was the Nest thermostat kept turning the temperature down when we were still in the house and making it cold, so we had to check on the thermostat a couple times a night while we were awake. As for the neighborhood the neighbors dog barked pretty much all day when we were there, but didn't bark in the evenings. We were able to store our car in the garage as an extra level of security. We also got to meet the owner who was really nice and considerate. I would stay here again on my next trip to Monterey.

Lovely house, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms, and house overall, are spacious. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are great. We proved that adults can walk to and from the aquarium and Cannery Row, though with children it works better to drive. Really it was a perfect place to stay, we're very glad we chose it.

Great location. Great views. Great property

We had a wonderful time here. Wished we could have figured out how to get the telescope to work for us. But it was simply fantastic and would come back.

Fantastic Stay

Our family loves the Monterey area. This house afforded a great base from which to explore the Monterey Peninsula. We prefer Pacific Grove over the more expensive and crowded Carmel and Monterey. The town of Pacific Grove has a unique charm. A hidden gem! Our vacation home was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. It included all the amenities you would expect in an upscale rental property. We especially enjoyed the sauna and spa. The internet was very fast and accommodated all the devices a large family has these days. I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Beautiful, family friendly

Really nice house ????. Centrally located, plenty of shops, restaurants, hikes, beaches. WiFi, hot tub, view, great atmosphere & clean.????????

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable stay

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood across from a school playing field, so nothing blocks the view from the front windows: the Monterey Bay from Pacific Grove across to Moss Landing. The house was very comfortable for our family -- lots of living space on the top floor, and 5 can sleep easily in the 3 bedrooms (the 6th person --- for one night only -- was on a pull-out twin in the smallest bedroom). All the furnishings are comfortable and top quality -- linens, towels, dining and living room chairs, couch, rugs, etc. The TV/stereo/wi-fi system was excellent (the 4 controllers were easily deciphered by the millennials with us). The lighting throughout the house was very good, the water pressure and hot water were very good, the kitchen appliances were all modern and worked well. It was lovely to have the hot tub in the evening, although a little quirky that the only convenient entrance to the back patio from the house was through either of the two bedroom slider doors. With the people coming and going from our party, we appreciated the keypad access on the front door and the garage so we didn't have to share a physical key. The owner and the property managers were very responsive when we had a question. We would rent this again, and recommend it to others, with one caveat -- look through ALL of the photos, including the floor layouts, so you have an accurate understanding of the property. We did that, so we knew what to expect. The house is built into a steep hill, so getting from the garage and parking to the entrance to the house requires climbing a number of stairs and an uphill path. Once inside the house, the first floor contains all three bedrooms (one large master w queen bed, one medium size with queen, and one small with twin trundle beds), one bath, the laundry room, and the outside access to the front garage and to the back patio; the top floor contains the kitchen, a 2nd bath, and the living areas. There is a small back alley with a gate to the patio area, but the gate is in need of some repair, and the ramp down from the alley to the patio is very steep. This is a great house for people with no mobility problems -- but just be aware!

A beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood

We found this house to be perfect for our family of 7. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the location, the view, the lovely landscaping. A very appreciated and welcome touch was the Starbucks coffee pods for the Keurig awaiting us in the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with paper towels and napkins as well. There was plenty of toilet paper and nice towels. The top floor is a very nice gathering place for the guests, with lots of seating and a magnificent view of the bay. There were a couple of very minor issues: Several electrical outlets in the house didn’t work and the refrigerator extended out so far that the dishwasher door could not fully open.

Big house big view

Lovely comfortable large living spaces. Beautiful large playing field and sport courts across the street.

Excellent rental with great back patio

Excellent rental home. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor to capture the views. The three first floor bedrooms are comfortable. Enjoyed watching World Cup soccer on the enormous upstairs television. The kitchen was nice and easy to work in. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the back patio area. We grilled and hung out with the outdoor fire ceramic cone most of the afternoons and evenings. Finally, we appreciated the quick response from Ayman when we were having trouble with the outdoor heater on the 4th of July—thanks Ayman!
