Our cozy home on Rim Dr has beautiful lake views from the grand living/family room., a freestanding real wood fire stove and a large flat screen TV with cable/Wifi and a stereo system. The house has all up-to-date appliances and fixtures throughout, new tiled/natural rock bathrooms, and carpet in the all bedrooms. There is lovely oak flooring in the grand family room.
There is a brand new, year round, covered Hot-Tub with seating for up to 6 people, professionally maintained. This Rim Home is warm and comfortable, perfect for Tahoe vacations all year round.

The ski season usually runs from Thanksgiving to Easter, Casinos entertainment nearby at the CA/NV state line village.

Great place to bring you family to, quite and clea
I loved the place! It's whiting walking distance to the lake, and grocery store. Perfect for families with little kids. Management is helpful and the process was as easy as it gets. Definitely recommend

New Years Vacation
Our group enjoyed our stay at this home during our 4 night stay over new years. The location is great with a couple hills walking distance for sledding and the lake just down the street. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook meals. The fireplace in the main room is a great touch and put off more than enough heat to keep the area toasty! Our one small complaint would be that hot water was a bit of a struggle. Two showers or washing dishes and one shower would take up all the hot water, so multiple people trying to get up and ready for a day took some strategy and a few getting up earlier than they would have liked to. Overall we would stay again and would hope that maybe the water heater size could be increased?

We had a great stay. It's a very cozy, big place with a nice cabin feel. All the adults and kids with us had a great time and no complaints.

Perfect space for a long weekend
We had a great time staying at this cabin in Tahoe Vista. Even though there were nine of us, everyone had their own space, and the place was perfectly located for snowshoeing and skiing. The hot tub was great after a long day outside and the kitchen had everything for cooking meals. Our favorite feature was the fireplace - perfect for the many smores we consumed over the weekend!
