LIVING AREAS
Adorned with modern artwork and decor, the main living area seats six and is perfect for an entertaining evening in. Sprawl out on the couch or love seat for a night of relaxation. Stream your favorite shows on the curved 55” TV equipped with cable and Netflix, or hook up the video game console for some friendly competition.
Want to enjoy the sun without leaving the AC? Move to the sunroom, where you’ll find a 50” TV with cushioned wicker seating.
KITCHEN & DINING
A stylish dining room seats six and opens directly into a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and oven.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a blender, coffee maker, and Keurig machine. A second refrigerator is also located in the garage.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa, a 50” TV, pool access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, skylight, and huge walk-in shower.
Two more bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while a second walk-in shower can be found in the guest bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREAS

Fantastic Holiday to
We really enjoyed our stay at the Rental 1373281 with mountain views and the Private backyard pool and Spa. The house was immaculate, well kept with all the necessary amenities. The quiet surroundings helped us relax during our stay and it was really convenient for us to go about as the shops and restaurants were not far from where we stayed. A holiday we would remember and will sure to come back next year too to this wonderful property.

Excellent and beauti
This property exceeded my expectations and was totally blown away on how awesome this place looked. This property is well furnished with what we needed for the time we spent there. We all enjoyed the pool and the sun room was a plus when the adults didn’t want to swim but the kids still wanted too. Pool is heated and jacuzzi is so relaxing. Enjoyed dining outside by the fire pit. We will make sure to use this property again on our next weekend getaway.

Amazing place to sta
I came to spend the weekend with my lady and a few friends. It has an awesome pool, lots of space and comfortable furniture. The wifi and air conditioning are perfect. There is even a sunroom with a great view of the pool and backyard. I cannot wait to go back again!
