A bottle of WINE is there to welcome our guests. Our townhome is warmly furnished in a seacoast theme with a fully equipped cooks kitchen and gas barbecue on the balcony. BLUE & WHITE WATER VIEWS can be seen from most windows. SeaWatch is also located within walking distance of 4-5 restaurants & 2 markets in the village. Take a short walk to the Bluff Trail for amazing sunset views. Whale watching has been enjoyed from our windows and deck during the migration seasons.
According to previous guests, SeaWatch is a romantic spot for a couple or great for a wonderful family vacation. .
You are within walking distance of several art galleries and 5-6 restaurants. The wonderful Gualala Bluff Trail, 1/4 mile away, provides great views of sunsets, sea lions and whales, during their migration. Pick up a good book and read by the fireplace or soak in the relaxing master bathroom jacuzzi.
SeaWatch, as one of our reviewers said, is '...at the cost of a hotel it provides spacious, well-furnished room to spread out and relax in.' A cozy fireplace is a great place for reading a good book or congenially socializing with friends.
Gualala is a wonderful, sunny location on the rugged California coast for active sports like kayaking, biking, hiking and beach walking, or leisurely art gallerying and fine restaurant dining. Day trips to Point Arena lighthouse, the village of Mendocino and the famed Anderson Valley wine region are within an hour's drive. The Sea Ranch Golf Links designed in the Scottish links-style are just a mile away. SeaWatch is remote yet in the center of it all.
Guest access
Guests may use the washer & dryer in the bedroom hallway. There is also a free parking pass for the Gualala Point park which gives access to numerous hiking trails and the big beach seen from SeaWatch.

The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cook wear, the BBQ worked well.
This is a great 2 bed house with private bathrooms in each room. It's a split level house with 7 steps up to the main living area and a 1/2 bath or about 10 steps down to the bedrooms. There were great amenities but be sure to bring your own shampoo etc. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cook wear, the BBQ worked well. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the road noise from the highway - the house is right over the highway. Great stay - would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay! Look No further Gary and Judy’s place was wonderful! It was immaculate and everything is just as they described, even better! My sisters and I came for a quick trip to the coast. it’s right across the street from the ocean with a beautiful view from each room! The state pass was wonderful, I was there every day running while my sisters went down to the beach. We couldn’t of asked for more, thanks Gary and Judy!

Sea Watch condo was everything we had hoped for and more. It is in the heart of Gualala along the beautiful CA coast. Sea Ranch is a couple miles south and Point Arena is about 14 miles north. Gary and Judy have a large binder filled with lots of ideas of things to do and trails to explore. There’s also a pass to go to Gualala Regional Park (which we did). Easy walking trails and dog friendly (dogs must be on a leash). Sea Watch was quiet and relaxing. Lots of space to spread out. I loved the full kitchen (we cooked most of our meals), and all the table surfaces. We had a puzzle going on one table and could sit on the balcony and eat outside, and still had areas to put our books, etc. Big enough for a family. NOTE: From the town of Jenner on, HWY 1 is slow going (35 mph) and full of curves and switchbacks. You should be well rested and drive in the daylight. From Sacramento, it took us 4 hours driving, with one short stop. Gualala is one of the coastal towns that gets sun, so that was wonderful. Our phones worked great (Verizon), and the WIFI was not as good as home, but better than expected.

Convenient location, great view, and great weather. We had a fantastic memorial day weekend at Gary & Judy's. Their place is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. It has everything you would need. We can wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Gary and Judy's place. The home was immaculate. Decorated with a charming coastal motif, vaulted ceilings with tons of light pouring in from the windows all across the front and side of the unit. Panoramic ocean view, and the weather was perfect! We had blue skies and sunshine the whole time. We enjoyed the deck, soaking in the rays. The place is conveniently located within a very short walk to town. We would highly recommend it!

Great location! We needed an extended stay for a job we were doing in the Sea Ranch area and had to book something last minute as our other plans fell through. They were quick to respond and was a great fit for what we needed for our crew!

Terrific location... very quiet, close to town, lots of room, easy parking, safe and secure, Gualala has great local townspeople and more sun than the rest of the coast!!

Very nice condo.
Very nice condo. Very clean. Very comfortable. The view of the ocean is great. The town is better than most on the coast. The beaches in the vicinity are the best. No need to travel further North than Manchester State Park, or south of Gualala State Park. Loved the 5 days we spent there.

Gary was a great host.
Gary was a great host. He provided very clear, accurate information, both before arriving and once we were in the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and provides a very comfortable base to explore the area. The ocean is just across Highway 1 and you hear the crashing waves whenever the windows are open. A bunch of really nice little shops and cafes are just a short walk away.
