As our guest you will enjoy the use of our 8 passenger SUV and our brand new E-Z-GO Ultra 6 passenger golf cart during your stay. We want you to completely relax and your stay by providing daily housekeeping, laundry service and 2 prepared meals a days of your choice by our cook, and complimentary services of our private concierge.

"Luxury family Vacation" 5*****
This property is everything it advertised and more!! The condo was spacious, immaculately kept, and offered the most amazing views of the Bay! Shirley was able to provide us all of the services we requested and was available to help us with any questions we had during our stay. Mario prepared the most delicious meals, and was sure to make any requests we had available. The premier membership was the gold standard in Punta Mita. We could use the newest and most amazing beach Kapuri Beach Club at our leisure, where the food and drinks were delicious. (And moderately priced). The other beach clubs also had a lot to offer as well. Having choices for my two small children was definitely a benefit! The golf courses were beautiful, and the beaches were the best I have seen on the Pacific. Again, all of the options were very well kept and clean. Hacienda de Mita offered us the ability to walk by beach if we wished to so many wonderful restaurants. Again, the grounds and security teams make sure the place is extremely clean and safe all the time. I can't say enough about how safe EVERYTHING felt. The golf cart was top quality, and the SUV made it so easy to run to the market (3 minute drive) to pick up anything we needed. Having the St. Regis and Four Seasons Spa to choose from... there is no comparison. And then there are all the activities to choose from! We didn't feel our kids were ready to participate, the are only 3 and 4, but we are excited to take them back. Punta Mita has quickly become a family favorite and we are looking forward to returning very soon!

We loved the condo and the location!
The condo was beyond 5 stars-- it's even better than the photos. 3500 sq feet. Everything is brand new. The master overlooks the ocean. The front balcony is about 1000 sq. feet and the perfect place to hang out.
The owner's beach club is perfect. It's small-- amazing food-- great service-- right down the beach from the Four Season's beach club.... and much better in my opinion.We would rent the condo again and again again!

Our family has traveled to Hawaii, Grand Cayman, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and now Punta Mita together. Your home is one of our most pleasant destinations ever. Rosina was most helpful and thoughtful. The housekeeper (Alicia) was terrific - especially with such a large group. All of the resort personnel were fabulous. We will be returning next year.

Resort living at it's finest: Our home is designed with all of the modern conveniences, and luxury in mind. Our gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances including a 6 burner Viking stove and Subzero refrigerator/freezer, and outfitted with all of the kitchen accessories to make your stay more enjoyable. You will enjoy the best of both worlds with wireless Internet service, Plasma TV with Dish satellite in the living room and the in Master suite, Sony home theater system, with DVD player and free long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. Exclusive Punta Mita Resort amenities: Many condo owners outside the gates of Punta Mita, in the area known as Punta de Mita & El Anclote will advertise as if you will have access to the amenities offered by Punta Mita resort, but in fact only owners of a Punta Mita property and their guest will be allowed access to Four Seasons Private Golf Club, Tennis club, Four Seasons restaurants, St. Regis restaurants and spa and Beach Club, the Residents Beach Club and The BRAND NEW Kapuri Beach club which has two restaurants, spa services, water sports and a kids club. Trained staff will take care of the little ones with creative and educational activities. Reasonable fees will be charged by the hour or the full day schedule including beverages and meals. Another amazing stay
This was our sixth visit at the same condo! We absolutely love Punta Mita and cannot wait to return next year. Jovita made incredible meals for us and is so pleasant! We call it out happy place! The staff throughout the resort and town are always friendly and the weather is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Casa Lita truly a great apartment and location
Amazing apartment in Hacienda de Mita complex right next to Punta de Mita town. Jovita the housekeeper and cook is truly incredible, the meals were truly exceptional and her service second to none. Concierge Maho and Pedro also very helpful and responsive, the apartment very well decorated with a nice ocean view, has its own private pool for the building right downstairs. The owner Shelley also very responsive and great. I think if you are looking for a great place inside Punta Mita this is a very good option. The only thing is that if you are a light sleeper as we are, the issue of the roosters' noise in the early morning, start around 5 am, is truly an issue in two of the bedrooms. I strongly recommend owner puts PVC around windows and double glass for the windows in order to minimize noise as we all go to rest and sleep in a bit, otherwise I would recommend goers to bring good ear plugs if you think this might be an issue. Except for this daily noise, this is a great place, with an SUV and 6 person golf cart to use that also makes it all very convenient.

Love Punta Mita
Shelley's condo was a great option for our family of 6. Our 4 kids 23,22,19,17 had a great time. Jovita our in-house chef was great and catered to our food preferences as we had 3 Vegans. Everything she cooked up was excellent. The location close to town was also perfect as we could walk to dinner or drinks. The concierge service made everything easier. An overall great experience. We will be back
