The space
This place is unique because it has your own boat dock. You can sit on the water side and relax on your balcony, then jump in the boat a few steps away. Private beach, lakeside pool in the summer. Indoor Olympic size heated pool. two Jacuzzi's and tennis and Basketball courts, volleyball and pickleball. We have two new bikes and a kayak you may use.

Beautiful views & right on the water
My family absolutely loved this place. The kayaks & bikes were awesome. Can’t beat this location. The house was very clean , safe & peaceful. The neighbors are very friendly. Beautiful views & right on the water. I can’t wait to return to this location.

Fabian was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.
My family and I loved this little place. It’s actually quite spacious in all the right areas. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The extra amenities were so helpful: Plenty of pillows, blankets, board games, a nice bbq, bikes, kayaks, fully stocked kitchen tools/dishes, clean white towels, washer and dryer and more. Fabian was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. We will definitely be returning!

What a wonderful trip
What a wonderful trip! A group of 6 of us stayed at Fabian's place for a weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. Great location - right next to the water and all the local things in South Lake - and the space itself was lovely and had all the amenities. He recently got 2 bikes and 2 inflatable kayaks, which was so great to have access to. Definitely would come back again when we can!

The surroundings were beautiful and serene, right near the water, and we even made use of the kayaks and explored the keys. Kid- and family-friendly! Fabian was friendly, very responsive and even recommended great local food. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Wonderful property
Wonderful property, amazing location and very warm and mindful host sums it up all. It was my first trip to south lake tahoe with my family and infant as well as my first booking via Airbnb, we liked it and it was comfy and cozy!

Fabian's place was perfect
Fabian's place was perfect for our ski trip with two families who both had babies. Sound insulation is good between top and downstairs, and the place is fairly spacious without a lot of extra fixtures that kids can destroy. The kitchen is the perfect size for the light cooking we did, and the backyard view is beautiful (leads out to a private dock!) and an inlet. The place was clean and well maintained. Downstairs can be somewhat cold on the regular heating but I did notice there was a space heater provided. Bathroom had a spacious shower with a detachable showerhead and good water pressure. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and we'd love to book this place again.
