This chic, cozy cabin is designed and furnished for truly enjoying Lake Tahoe's incomparable mountain setting. From close distance to Heavenly, to convenient bike trails to numerous beaches, this level three bedroom home is a favorite of many families. Three inviting bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, cozy clean- burning gas fireplace, large picture windows and homey décor are all features that combine to make a relaxed atmosphere for a mountain vacation. Skiing, hiking, biking, swimming - it's all close with the many beautiful lakes and wonderful trails no more than fifteen minutes away ( Heavenly skiing is only 10 miles away. ) Four bikes are provided to avoid the car lines at the beach entrances while encouraging a favorite Tahoe pastime of biking on mostly flat ground. The enclosed backyard features a spacious deck and barbecue area. The front deck is a perfect place to watch squirrels and neighbors enjoying nature. Whether with your sweetheart or whole family, this comfortable, cozy home, is designed to enjoy Lake Tahoe’s spectacular outdoor amenities while enjoying all the comforts of home. South Lake Tahoe has a new cutting edge bicycle challenge course and outdoor recreation opportunities such as zip lines, ropes courses, rock climbing and snow park runs. Casino nightlife is only 15 minutes away to fuel your party side after a day of outside activities. For those who don't like eating out, there is a fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Raley's is close by as is outlet shopping for those for whom shopping is a sport (TJMaxx is within walking distance). Also within walking distance is Smart and Final, BevMo and Grassroots, a natural food store. This Tahoe get-away truly invites you to relax with nature, read, watch a movie (on 50 and 40 inch flatscreens) or revel in the wonders of this alpine playland. Tahoe is great for dogs (fleas don't do well there), so we are pet-friendly as long as your dog is house-broken. Designed to help you download, decompress and plug-in to Tahoe's serene beauty, the home's internet accessibility and cable still allow you to be as connected as you want to be!
All rooms have knotty pine ceilings. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and convenient bathroom with shower. Bedroom two and three have queen size beds and there is an aerobed in the closet. Quality linens are provided. The second bathroom with shower over tub is just outside the middle bedroom.
Four bikes are available in the spring and summer and there is also some water sport equipment. It will be easy to make happy memories here with your loved ones and family. Tahoe is a natural treasure to be enjoyed by all.

Property is nicely maintained and adequately appointed. Quiet yet central location.
We really enjoyed the quiet location and spacious living room. House was perfect for our needs; not overly fancy, but very comfortable and relaxing. It was a wonderful home to return to after our days outside. Would definitely rent again and recommend.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Great home and great location in South Lake Tahoe! Perfect for a weekend getaway and had everything we needed. Cozy couches, clean and comfortable bedding and all the essentials in the kitchen. So close to the lake, restaurants, grocery store and ski resorts. Michele and Dave were extremely easy to work with and very friendly hosts. Definitely will be back for another stay soon!

Felt like home
.perfect getaway home for the weekend in a family friendly neighborhood. Reasonably priced and affordable, clean, centrally located, kitchen stocked with necessities, garage stocked with toys, etc. Modern comforts such as the large TV and beautiful fireplace made the living room an awesome hangout spot to play cards in the evening and have coffee in the morning. Conversing with the owners prior to arrival was prompt and informative and we had no problems during our stay. We definitely recommend!Glen Ellen

Great place for a small group
Michele and Dave were very communicative and tended to our needs in a very prompt manner. The cabin is not super new but is cozy and fitting for a group of 6 or so. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Great layout. Great backyard space. Would recommend. Minor note that the TV options are limited.

Lovely cozy cabin for a weekend getaway
My husband and I rented this property for 3 nights in Mid-July and we were very pleased with our stay. Michele and Dave were very communicative before we checked in, even giving us tips about the weather and the hiking situation around the area. There was a handy binder with lots of property and area info in the home when we checked in. The restaurant suggestions were especially helpful and we took advantage of that more than once. We brought our two small dogs with us and they acclimated well to the home the first night. The backyard was completely fenced in and while there was a dog door in the garage, we just let the dogs out via the back patio door. The listing for this property is extremely accurate and there was a checkout checklist provided by the owners which helped our checkout process immensely. We also left a couple of comments on that sheet for the owners. I’m overall very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and good for dog walks in the evening and morning. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore South Lake Tahoe but leave the noise behind at night. Thank you Michele and Dave for letting us rent your home!

Location! Location! Location!
Rented the house for a family weekend in South Tahoe. Close to the “Y” and all associated needs and entertainment. Lots of nice space to relax. Second bathroom is a must for a family of five. They are also pet friendly and communicate quickly. We had a question and the owner got right back to us. We would consider coming back again!

Best location, quiet and peaceful neighbors.
From the house we can drive fews minutes to Smart and Final, TJ Max, Big 5, CVS, Round Table Pizza, Burrito shop or Thai restaurants. The property is larger than the picture show. Living room equipped with TV Dish network and fi-wi. All 3 bed room and 2 bath room are clean. Hot water is provided from 50 gallons tank so there is not problem when people using water at the same time. Rest room are clean and exhausted fan are excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped, renter may find most of tool for cooking task .Nice and clean microwave, Jenn air cook top, and electric oven. My family really enjoy to stay at this property, we miss it, will come back and highly recommend for other renters.

Perfect comfy get away
Nice accommodations. Good location. Everything you needed to feel at home. Owners were responsive with fencing issue. If you are renting with your pets make sure the backyard fence has been replaced and area is secured.
