Welcome to our home away from home! New 6 unit development built by a well known architect and developer. Approximately 1750 sq. feet on one level, two large balconies,one off the living room, the other off the master bedroom. Floor to ceiling massive windows with stunning 270 degree views of the Bay of Banderas ,the lights that ring the Bay and the Sierra Madras mountains behind. Professionally decorated with quality ,comfy furniture with a Mid Century modern feel, original art, and high end house wares and appliances. Sink into luxurious 700 thread, count Egyptian cotton sheets and watch the sail boats go by. There is a Weber BBQ on the main balcony for cooking and eating out doors. Lots of fun and tastefully done.
The property boasts an infinity pool and oceanfront palapa with Weber BBQ, cooking facilities and a poolside entertainment area. The pool fronts on the white sands of the beach - wonderful for swimming, paddle boarding and long walks. We are approximately 300 yards down the beach from the La Cruz Marina with its luxury moorage, wonderfully affordable and excellent restaurants and its famous Sunday Market. The Marina is also home to the local fishing fleet and daily fish market.
The La Cruz town square is about a 10 minute walk. La Cruz is small and quaint, boasting a ton of great restaurants - street tacos to haute cuisine and everything in-between. There are at least 6 live music venues with something going every night of year and then some. La Cruz prides itself on its music and food. This place is about the friendliest place on earth.
The local bus service is great. If you long for more hustle and bustle Puerto Vallarta is about 45 minutes away by local bus. Busarias is about 10 minutes away by bus (40 minute walk by beach) and the crashing waves and surf culture of Sayulitta is about 30 minutes away by bus. Or take a taxi down the street about 5 min away

Dream vacation in this beautiful apartment directly on the sandy beach
Very nice, save and quiet location in this small town where you experience the real Mexico away from the mass tourism. The apartment is very well equipped and we as a Swiss-Mexican family enjoyed purchasing local ingredients to cook traditional Mexican dishes. The view to the beach and the marina is just magnificent. The beach is sandy and close to shore you can see crabs and fishes. Very few people on the beach, so we had almost a private beach. The fish market in the marina is very recommendable, fresh from the fishermans boat to the market. We had an unforgettable time! We'd love to come ba

What a place !! Un departamento de ensueño, espectacular !!
Beautiful brand new condo with excellent decoration, confort, location, panoramic views, privacy, etc. We stayed 10 days and everything was perfect. We felt like home. Realmente disfrutamos mucho la vacación en este super departamento. Tiene muchos detalles de decoración que lo hacen muy agradable. Una cocina equipada con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Los cuartos y baños son de primer clase, con buenos closets, regaderas etc. Ambos balcones, tanto el del área común como el del cuarto principal son muy cómodos para ver las vista de toda la Bahía de Banderas. El amanecer y puesta del sol son espectaculares. El Mercado del Mar esta a tan solo unos metros y puedes comprar mariscos y pescado del dia para hacerlo ya sea en el propio departamento o en el espectacular asador Weber que se tiene en el área común a lado de la alberca. La playa es muy agradable para caminarla, el mar muy limpio. Par de buenos restaurantes que visitamos y que comimos muy bien. Los OSOS que queda a escasos metros del departamento y TACOS ON THE STREET, que vale la pena probarlos. En general, esta vacación excedió nuestras expectativas. Felicidades a los dueños por tan buen gusto y espero que los que renten este lugar lo conserven tan bien como hasta ahora se encuentra.
