The main floor hosts the kitchen and dining area which is perfect for an easy breakfast or gourmet meal. Enjoy cable TV or movies in the family room, connect to wi-fi or just sit on the terrace and watch the pelicans glide by. In addition there is a 450 square foot casita situated just below the main house where you can lay out your yoga mat, relax for the day or enjoy cocktails at sunset. It is equipped with a wet bar, fridge, bath and shower. You can actually see the fish swim in the tide pools below and at night you can light up the surf. The property is staffed with a housekeeper/private chef. While the famous Audiencia Beach is just a 5 minute walk, you probably won't want to leave. Housekeeper/Private Chef is included in the pricing. Gratuity is always appreciated for services well rendered. A tip of 10% of the daily rate per day is typical. If you feel staff went beyond your expectations, please give as you wish. Payment can be made via wire transfer only. CANCELLATION POLICY: IF RENTAL IS CANCELED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE PENALTY IS 50% OF RENTAL FEE. IF RENTAL IS CANCELED 46 DAYS OR MORE FROM DATE OF RESERVATION, PENALTY IS 25% OF RENTAL FEE.

2nd Time a Charm Great home, wonderful views
Back for a second time. Just as nice and relaxing as we remembered. Flor does a great job at attending to your every need. Meals are quite good. Send her your grocery list prior to arriving. House has a wonderful deck with plenty of shade and a great sound system. Home is close to downtown, so easy to grab a cab for around $3 to $5 each way. Mary is a great host, We highly recommend!

More beautiful than the photos
The location is magnificent and the home is beautifully and lovingly well-kept. We loved the orientation of this home as we were able to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Flor and Hugo are delightful souls that are skilled, helpful and mindful of your privacy. We would welcome the opportunity to return again and again!

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever
The Villa was everything the description said it would be and more! Everything was beautiful, from the main part of the villa to the bedroom suites to the views. Allen, the manager, was helpful in helping us plan fun excursions (we went kayaking and deep sea fishing). The chef, Flor, and her husband Hugo were absolutely wonderful and the food and drinks were amazing! We went to Pacifica (restaurant) and it was fabulous! We'll be back!
