This gorgeous villa is equipped with a sparkling infinity pool, spacious outdoor lounge areas, beautiful furnishings, and is only a few minutes’ walk to the shimmering sands of famous Playa la Audiencia. The view-inspired terrace with lounge and dining areas, pool, and BBQ make this a very special place you will want to call home.
Designed for optimal indoor/outdoor living, Casa De La Vista is a tri-level Villa, beautifully appointed and furnished with high-end contemporary beach décor. Dine “al fresco” enjoying the bay views, lounge on the padded chaises soaking up the sun, or take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool. You simply will not want to leave this wonderful villa.
The first floor hosts the Living room, Kitchen, Dining area, and Master bedroom suite. The Master bedroom, Living room, and Dining area open on to the ocean view terrace, the infinity pool and lounge areas, and the outdoor dining pavilion. Enjoy Smart TV streaming services in the living room, along with Blu-ray movies on the DVD player. Connect your devices to Wi-Fi, or unplug and lounge on the awesome terrace, watching the pelicans glide by.
The second level has 2 Bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. One of these king beds can be separated into two beds upon request. Each of these bedrooms have gorgeous bay and ocean views.
The opulent 4th bedroom “Honeymoon Suite” is a separate “Casita” located on the top floor with spectacular bay and ocean views. It has a kitchenette, a private balcony deck, an ensuite bath, and a king bed.
The 4 bedrooms and 5 1⁄2 bathrooms are comfortably outfitted to accommodate 8 to 12 guests. All four bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning units, and ceiling fans. There are several airbeds that can be made up to accommodate 4 additional guests.
“Case De La Vista” is professionally managed with experienced and attentive staff, including a house manager, maid services, and an exclusive private chef, making it the perfect getaway! Driver/Tour Guide services are available upon request for an additional fee.
The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for our chef to prepare some of your favorite meals. Guests only pay food and beverage costs – Our Chef will do the rest, and will graciously cater to your special dietary needs.
Casa de La Vista is located on a gated cul-de-sac with regular Security Patrols.
