Our property is a peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse and 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a pool and hot tub, located in the heart of the Napa Valley. Just minutes to St. Helena and Calistoga, our neighbors include Calistoga Ranch, Frank Family Vineyards, Rombauer and Duckhorn Vineyards .
We are tucked just off of the Silverado Trail into an oak grove on the edge of the vineyards. From the farmhouse and property, there are stunning views of the the vineyards and valley.
Our property has a number of lawns, decks, patios, a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor fireplace and dining areas, BBQ's, trampoline.
We updated the original Farmhouse and Arrowhead Cottage in 2013, including, luxury linens, down comforters, TV's, wifi and BBQ's.
The Farmhouse is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage with small kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, dining table, living area and french doors that open onto a private patio and lawn. The farmhouse has stunning views of the vineyards, valley and western hills from your living room, bedrooms and outdoor space. The front of the farmhouse has a lawn, BBQ, large outdoor dining table and a grouping of adirondak chairs. Watch the sun set with a glass of wine or dine alfresco with your loved ones. Truly beautiful and quintessentially farmhouse!
The first floor of the Farmhouse has the kitchen, dining table, living area with wood-burning fireplace and one queen bedroom and bathroom with shower. This bedroom has french doors that open onto the charming patio and lawn area with vineyard and valley views. A small desk and upholstered, comfy window seat provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views from your bedroom. The second bathroom with claw foot tub/shower combo is also on this level, next to the stairs that lead the the two upstairs bedrooms.
The upstairs of the Farmhouse has two bedrooms. This charming upstairs suite has one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds and vineyard, garden and valley views. The beds are furnished with fluffy down comforters and luxury cotton bedding. There is a desk area for your convenience, wifi, a hospitality armoir with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and extras that you might need during your stay. These two bedrooms share a bathroom at the foot of the stairs on the first level.
The Arrowhead Cottage is a one bedroom stand alone, with a private entrance and bathroom, and is separate, but close to the Farmhouse. It is appointed with new furniture, down comforters, luxury cotton linens, flat-screen TV, wifi, microwave and coffee maker. The French doors open onto your own patio and lawn with dining table and chairs, cushioned lounge chairs and deep-seating sofa and armchairs surrounding an outdoor fireplace that is original to the property.
Our property has a beautiful, serene pool and hot tub, surrounded by decks, lawns and views of oak studded hills. Relax under the shade of the apple tree or float in the pool and watch the pine trees sway. There is a trampoline for the young and young at heart.
The caretaker, Bob (Jennifer's father) lives part time in a house on the property, located near the pool. He is a wonderful source for history and interesting info about he valley and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
There are many distinct outdoor spaces to enjoy on our property. You will never feel crowded and will always be able to find a spot to relax, dine and enjoy.

We are literally surrounded by vineyards and wineries, from small family operations to well known Napa Valley icons: Duckhorn Vineyards, Rombauer, Frank Family Vineyards and many more. Taste your way around the valley and then head back for a nap in the hammock and a dip in the pool!

Amazing eating abounds in the Napa Valley, and you'll be right in the center of it, whether it be dinner at the French Laundry or Sam's Social Club, Solbar, Archetype, Farmstead, brunch at Meadowood or late night eating at Bistro Jeanty.

Of course, no wine country getaway is complete with out a mud baths, massage, or spa experience. There are fantastic spas within minutes of our home; Calistoga Ranch is just around the corner, enjoy the spa and mineral pools at Indian Springs and Solage, or cozy up in a couple's massage at Lavender Hill.
N A T U R E
Our property is a great place to discover the natural beauty of the Valley. Bring your bikes up and tour around, rock climb in the Palisades, or hike to the natural hot springs. Ask my dad about the birds in the area and he will give you a special look in his spotting scope and tell you about the special feeders we have on the property to attract many different types of local birds. We have even been designated a Certified Wildlife Habitat, thanks to my dad!

Ask about mid-week stays, often not subject to nightly miminums. Minimum nights do not apply if sandwiched between other bookings. Scarlett's is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse and an additional 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. Formerly a popular Bed & Breakfast, now a vacation rental.
We have a caretaker, Bob, who lives in a separate house by the pool.

Absolutely a little slice of heaven
Jennifer's home is absolutely stunning. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed, plenty of towels, the beds were comfy and the magical outdoor spaces provided the perfect place for my family to spend a wonderful weekend together while in Napa for my wedding. Lovely farmhouse and beautiful grounds
We absolutely loved this place!! We were 4 couples for Memorial weekend and all fit very cozy. Super comfy linens and beds. Kitchen is small but very well equipped. Lots of beautiful places to sit outside. We had all our brunches at this long farm table in the front yard overlooking the vineyards! We didn’t want leave honestly! Jennifer was great and gave us all the details about the house upon arriving. We will definitely be back!!

Napa Valley farmhouse exceeded our expectations
This beautiful farmhouse in Napa Valley exceeded our family's expectations. It was clean and comfortably accommodated our family of four plus our nanny. It provides easy access to wineries and two local towns. The location is very quiet and private. The farmhouse has a nice in-ground pool which made for perfect down time during the afternoon heat. The kitchen is well equipped but on the smaller side. The outdoor grill and umbrella table seating made for easy dinner options. We found the second outdoor refrigerator to be helpful. Access to the washer and dryer kept the family laundry under control. The booking process was efficient and additional questions were quickly responded to by the property owner. Our family would certainly love to rent this home again.
