A fully stocked kitchenette with all the equipment you need to make a quick snack or a complete gourmet meal for two. Stainless steel cookware, knives, spices, olive oil, blender, toaster oven, paper towels....everything!

Well traveled foursome over 50
2 couples who travel together decided to spend a 30 day vacation in Cozumel. We know the island well and when we found this condo it was perfect! It's beautifully decorated, great cleaning and cooking service, not to mention the massages available in the condo. You need nothing when you arrive - the large patios are wonderful for sunrise and sunsets - so much activity to watch or take part in is just steps down the beautiful beach. We rented a car, did our shopping trips (they even have Sam's on Cozumel now) and loved every wonderful moment. At different times during the month our families joined us and everyone had a great time. The youngest member was 2 and all ages after that - The time went too quickly but we can't wait to come back. We even rented the beautiful efficiency next door for part of our family and that is equally wonderful. Washer and dryer, wonderful kitchen and everything you could possibly want - it's a wonderful, fully stocked vacation paradise.

relaxing time away before holidays
This was our second visit to this condo. As before, we had a wonderful time. Being right on the beach is our favorite part. The condo is the perfect size for us, as it is very welcoming and feels like home. There is plenty to do within walking distance. We rent a car for driving to town and venturing to the many playas with beautiful views and snorkeling. We recommend this condo and are looking forward to visiting again.

Gorgeous views & Tastefully decorated!
Ellen's place is exactly as pictured and described! Since it is a little South of town, we rented a car at the airport and made a pit stop at Mega (similar to a super Walmart) just for some cereal, fruit and snacks. Everything was clean, FULLY STOCKED (you truly just need your clothes, everything else is there!!), felt completely and totally safe and not to mention the stunning views as soon as you walk in the front door! Residencias Reef dock is an excellent place for any snorkeling/scuba diving your heart desires; the companies will pick you up directly from the dock and bring you back. I suggest snorkeling in El Cielo; take a day trip to Chichen Itza (who doesn't want to see one of the 7 wonders of the world?), and simply relaxing on the beach or at one of the two pools. As far as restaurants go, try Casa Denis; Guidos; or Panchos Backyard. For drinks, this is a MUSTTTTT!!! Travel past the southern lighthouse (Punta Sur) and you'll end up on the Eastern side of the island. Pass Reggae's just a bit and you'll see a little hut-style place right on the water that says "25 Hour Bar - Welcome to Miami". Stop the car!! Relax in an ocean side hammock and enjoy a Coco-Loco coconut beverage or the absolute BEST mojito of your life!!! (Trust me on this, I searched the island upside down for the best mojito, this place takes the cake!!) I only wish we would have went earlier in the week to have made several trips back for more!! Back to the condo, Ellen was very nice to work with and her place is exactly what you need and want in a romantic getaway with your significant other! Oh, and those sheets!! Ellen isn't kidding when she said that Cariloha Bamboo sheets are the best sheets on Earth. We loved them so much, we went to Cariloha downtown and purchased a set for us to take home! WELL WORTH THE PRICE!! We intend to travel the world to many other continents and countries, but if we ever find ourselves on the beautiful island of Cozumel again, Ellen's condo at Residencias Reef is where we will be staying for sure.

Heaven on Earth
We were literally 3 steps from the white sand and 100 feet to the crystal water. Casitas Del Mar had everything we could possible need for our ten day stay. Sitting on our patio we could enjoy the view while sipping coffee or eating a meal. The condo furnishings were very nice, too. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend this studio condo.

Another awesome vacation at Casa Del Mar
Cozumel is our favorite vacation destination and this condo is our go to place to stay. We've stayed here on several occasions and it is perfect every time! It has become our home away from home.

Cutest beach condo!
We (me, husband, 5yo son) stayed in Casita Del Mar for a week. The condo was brilliant - as other reviewers have said - it had absolutely everything we could ever need, is well-styled and the location is fantastic. The pools and grounds were lovely - very safe and comfortable - and sitting on the beach right outside the door was a wonderful experience. Two things to note - the beach is much more of a snorkelling beach, so if you want a bathing beach with lovely white sand out into the water head to the east side of the island. And, after much exploring, the Chedraui Transversal grocery store is by far the best on the island.

Beautiful location, everything you need
We spent 6 nights at this property in Cozumel. It was just a perfect for us. Just walk out the door to the beach. There are pools too, if we wanted to do that. And just next door a dock where all the dive boats and snorkeling boats can come pick you up. So easy! The actual property has everything you need, fresh water, hot plates, a coffee maker and fridge.. we couldn't have been happier. We made breakfast everyday, and a few lunches and snacks. Mostly went out to dinner. We will definitely want to come back!
