Perfect! Amazing property and location. Can't wait to go back.
What a great experience, from the first call/response from the owner to the entire stay. Bob was very helpful with making sure our questions were answered and our stay was effortless. The villa itself was everything we expected and more, with a layout that was good for two families with kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to grill and prepare meals at the house, perfect location near Mega-mart. The beds were comfortable and everything very clean. The view is spectacular, as Bob promised. If you like to surf, this villa is perfect to check the breaks (The Rock and Old Man's) especially from the pool which is even better with binoculars that Bob leaves at the house. Again, this is an ideal location near all the great beaches without being in the Cabo craziness, We had kids ranging from 9 to 15, all had an exceptional time. Palmilla is less than 2 min away. The security at Querencia was great, very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The Querencia property is very well kept and beautiful, we enjoyed running in the mornings while not having to worry about the terrain or safety. The pool is really great and well maintained, pool guys came twice a week. Filepe, the property manager, was very helpful and always available with prompt responses to any needs of the property. For restaurants try The Container at the marina and Flora Farms just past the marina. We will be back!!!!!!!! Thanks Bob for providing this great villa.
