Full restaurant, spa, pool, beach deck and hotel services available on site. A great base to explore all that Tulum has to offer with the Mayan ruins just a short bike ride away, as well as easy access in and out of town to explore the ruins or the pueblo. Boho vibe with good music, helpful staff on site, great food and service.
The space
The room has a king bed, closet area, a nice bathroom with shower. In 2 minutes you can be in the water on the beach!
Guest access
You can use the beach club area with lounge chairs to enjoy the day.

Amansala is in a wonderful location
Amansala is in a wonderful location, making the north and south areas of Tulum beach accessible without having to use a car or cab. Right next to some of the best unheralded foodie spots like El Tabano & Hemingways. The staff is friendly and flexible and the decor is the best on the beach, it feels like a jungle paradise. We got more than we expected in every facet of the property. Would come back here every time!

What an amazing stay
What an amazing stay, loved everything amansala has to offer, the staff are incredibly helpful, the food is great and it’s so close to everything on the beach there is no need to go to the town for all the beach restaurants and bars are just a bike ride away. Will definitely stay here again and hopefully soon! 10/10

Had a fantastic stay at Amansala
Had a fantastic stay at Amansala! We spent the last week of December at the resort and really enjoyed the location, staff, and hospitality. Amansala is at one of the better spots on the beach. The room was as described and we loved the fact that there was air conditioning at night and that we had an actual hot water indoor shower. The "Chica" property is a short walk away from the main property, but is also a bit quieter which worked great for us. The resort is a good choice if you are looking for a relaxing spot with a mellow vibe. Lots of lounge chairs and spots to chill on the beach, although there were a shortage of cushions at the Chica property after the first day of our trip due to the staff moving about half of them to the main property. We got out early to the beach each morning so didn't have an issue, but did see some of the guests having trouble finding a comfortable spot. We were lucky to have Justine as our main point of contact at Amansala. She took care of our room reservation, set us up with a dive guide for the Cenotes, and helped set up dinner reservations for us. She was excellent to work with and we found all of her recommendations to be spot on! We wanted to give a shout out to Ben @ O2 Tulum for a super couple of dives at The Pit and Dos Ojos Cenotes. Ben is a great guy/guide and we will definitely use him again on our next trip to Tulum.
