Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front property on Poipu Beach. White sands, palm tree shaded grassy areas, state of the art gas grills, complimentary towels and beach chairs are all standard fare. Relax on the beach or go boogie boarding. Snorkeling is seconds away. If you prefer the shade, there's a beautiful shaded grassy area to enjoy with very comfortable chaise lounges or chairs for your use at the Beach Hut.
Our condo is completely remodeled with dramatic granite counters, white cabinets, tiled and glass shower, over-sized tiled floor. It is fully stocked with spices and amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker (bring your pods). There's also a bocce ball set!
All new designer furniture. All new TVs and appliances. Wireless modem. Stereo sound bar with bluetooth abilities! All new LED lights! New lanai furniture. Completely equipped for a very comfortable stay. Pool, gym, tennis courts across the street, at no charge. NO Resort fees! NO parking fees!

Beautiful property, meticulously maintained.
Arrived on Wednesday 12/5 and were impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of this property. 3 minute walk to beach with complimentary towels at cabana. On site restaurant and within walking distance to shopping center and other fine restaurants, Property was as described and we had no serious problems.Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful ground floor location
Kiahuna 39 is a pretty downstairs condo that leads out to the middle portion of a big grassy area. Our boys were in heaven, running out to play baseball, football, soccer. The unit is even close enough for the occasional bathroom run when at the beach; just a 1 min walk. My only constructive feedback is regarding the pullout bed, but it seems that all of these units (we’ve stayed in at least 8 over the years), have the same wicker couch. The mattress is thin and even with extra padding (Thank you!), isn’t too comfy. This unit is well-stocked with boogey boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas and a cooler. We had our groceries delivered by Kauai Kiss, which was v expensive, but convenient. We made breakfast and some lunches each day in between beach outings and various adventures. Overall, unit 39 is delightful and we’re ao glad to have had this trip together as a family. Thank you!

A lot of care went into the design of the unit
Thee were a number of good things about Unit 39. First of all, it was tastefully decorated with quality cabinets and furnishings. It felt so spacious due to the white interior and high ceilings. Of utmost importance to us was a comfortable bed, and we scored there. The unit is very private which we liked as well...no access for others to walk in front of us. Although this unit does not have an ocean view it took us less than 2 minutes to get to the beach. Thank you, Randy, for caring so much about your guests, Ron & Linda

Wonderful place to stay
Our condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. It’s a great location in the complex as well as centrally located in Kauai. Every morning we woke up to singing birds and walked to the beach to snorkel and enjoy the sunning sea sea turtles. Exploring the whole island was easy from its central location and also within walking distance of hiking and beach exploring. Highly recommend

Third Time's the Charm
We have stayed at other units at Kiahuna, this is by far the best. The unit itself is well appointed, and it is in a wonderful location. It is on the ground floor, but the patio has a very pretty privacy hedge. It is a very short walk to the beach, which is considered on of the best on the island. It is also a short walk to Poipu Beach. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I just returned from our wonderful stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Randy was a pleasure to work with and was prompt in all communications. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. It had everything you would need including chairs, umbrella, and cooler which we used for our trips around Kauai. The unit is totally updated and we especially enjoyed the walk in shower. The parking is close and the beach is just a short walk. We loved that the lanai was somewhat private since it was the end unit and had some lovely plants around it. We were worried about no a/c but absolutely had no problems when we were there. There were nice breezes flowing all day and evening. Each morning I would walk to the beach and watch the early morning surfers. I am still remembering how relaxing our time there was. Kiahuna Plantation is such a beautiful setting in Hawaii. You will really enjoy your time here.

Nice Poipu condo
Great location with easy access to the beach. The owner and property management company were very accommodating when we had an issue with the refrigerator. We had a great time boogie boarding with the boards they had available. The condo was nicely updated. Of the three units we saw at the Kiahuna property, this unit was the nicest. Just a note... The screen windows have shutters but no glass. This allows the tropical breeze to flow through the apartment, but also lets in noise from adjacent units. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, and would love to stay here again in the future.

Location Location
Nice, clean, and comfortable stay for our family of 4. Centrally located to shops and walking distance to the beautiful beach where we liked to sit and watch the waves while drinking our coffee. Would definitely consider staying here again!
