The building, the apartment and the location are very quiet. The location is great close to the main attraction in Barcelona and not far from the historical center. It is a nice nice place for our guests who want to visit Barcelona.
Highlights of the area: close to La Sagrada Familia of Gaudi, near several traditional markets, not far from the historical center and not far from Passeig de Gràcia.
When booking a vacation rental it is important to know who will be available to help if there are any problems with the rental. For this reason we think it is always wisest to work with a local owner / representative that specializes in vacation rentals. We are owners and we also manage other owners’ properties.

WELCOME TO OUR COMPLETELY NEW 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH 2 BATHROOMS IDEALLY LOCATED CLOSE TO LA SAGRADA FAMILIA OF GAUDI:
The 1st floor with elevator of a modern building, this apartment is tastefully decorated located in the famous district of L’Eixample Dret.
The apartment is completely new and the color palette consists of dark, discreet colors as a cool contrast to the bright Mediterranean days. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of room for families or couples on joint vacation. The emphasis on dark tile floors throughout creates a very tranquil atmosphere. All details and amenities are upgraded, and ensure that your stay is hassle free. The area surrounding the building is safe and quiet at night despite being close to several of the main avenues in the city and several excellent nightlife hot spots.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which has all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday. The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large windows which lead onto a small balcony overlooking the quiet inside block. Also, there is a comfortable couch for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, plus a stylish wooden dinner table for spending mealtimes indoors.
The three bedrooms have one double bed, 2 single beds (can be together or separated) and a single bed. All have exterior windows which allow complete ventilation. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet. It features a designer wash basin, tiled walls and a spacious shower cubicle.

Gaudi’s materpiece (Sagrada Família) is the most visited monument in Spain. Located in the middle of the Eixample, the modernist area known by its architectural rationalistic design; showing the “new emerging Barcelona” , where you can find plenty of beautiful buildings from this fruitful period, among of them the majority of the ones drawn by Antoni Gaudí, the most famous Spanish architect ever.
This area provides a handful nice restaurants to taste Mediterranean cuisine and other entertainment options; on top of a large amount of shopping centers. This central location and the public transport network in this area allow you to be everywhere in the city in shortest time and to have nice walking opportunities.

Apartment near Sagrada Família
The apartment was excellent with every facility you could wish for. It was clean and was on a good area with easy access to the Metro. The host was helpful charming and professional. We would be happy to stay there again.
Very Nice Apartment
The Apartment was in a good location really near the Metro which we would take every day to go anywhere in the city. The Sagrada Familia is only like 3 blocks away. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
