This wonderful one bedroom penthouse apartment is on the fifth (top) floor with lift / elevator. Soak up the most spectacular panoramic view across the whole of Barcelona, including the sea, Gaudi Cathedral, Columbus Column, super-yacht marina Port Vell, Montjoic mountain and more mountains beyond the city skyline. Relax on the private roof terrance or balcony, or on the beach just two minutes walk away.
The apartment is approximately 65m² (plus private roof terrace 30m²). Transportation nearby includes Buses, Main Euro Trains and Metro Station, Barceloneta within 5 minutes walk.
This apartment in Barceloneta accommodates up to 2 people maximum sleeping in 1 bedroom with 1 kingsize bed (150cm x 200cm) which has a memory-foam mattress, and no footboard. The apartment has 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Vitro-ceramic stove, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, electric oven, fridge, freezer. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with UK Channels (Free-view TV), silent air conditioning (machines on the roof), heating, super-fast wifi internet (from fibre optic connection), washing machine and tumble dryer, designer furniture, pictures and original paintings. The building is modern and has a security video entry system and elevator.
Check in at 2pm and check out at 11am.
Check in after 5pm and check-out before 11am will incur an extra charge of €40 paid locally.
Damage deposit €450. This will be automatically canceled / refunded after verifying the apartments condition upon your departure and that no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay.
No animals or pets, no guests, no parties and no smoking permitted. Maximum two people at all times.
The checkout cleaning is included only. Optional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at additional cost paid by you direct to the cleaner.

Great choice
Beautiful apartment and perfect location between the beach and old town. Peter, the owner, was great and very accommodating. He checked in the following day to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Barcelona- highly recommended.

Light filled. Great location
Peter is a terrific host. His property is spacious and easily accessible by elevator. We visited in March when sunshine on the balcony is most welcome. We never bothered to search out the upper terrace since our sunny balcony met all our needs. Barceloneta has all you need to stock up and it’s a great base for touring. Excellent experience.

Excellent Location, Apartment
Nice, stylish apartment in a great location in Barceloneta. The apartment has great views over the harbor and it is within walking distance of everything you need, including several great restaurants. Peter was a great host and provided great recommendations for restaurants.
