We always welcome our guests directly in the apartment. We also have another nice apartment very close.

The building, the apartments and the location are very quiet. The location is great close to the main attraction in Barcelona and the historical center. It's a nice nice place for our guests who want to visit Barcelona.
Highlights of the area: close to La Sagrada Familia of Gaudi, near several traditional markets, near the historical center and not far from Passeig de Gràcia.
When booking a vacation rental it's important to know who will be available to help if there are any problems with the rental. This "Acomodis" apartment with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is a handy solution for families or people looking for the privacy of separate rooms, without renouncing to share the same location.
The "Acomodis" apartment opens to a small street in the Eixample district Dret, so it allows to enjoy tranquility, despite being in an area with many tourist attractions.
The kitchen is separate and well equipped, and amenities such as heating, air conditioning and WiFi ensure comfort we want for our guests.
The street is between two of the most emblematic avenues of Barcelona city, which are the Passeig Sant Joan; with its Arc of Triomphe, and Passeig de Grácia; with its Pedrera; and Casa Batlló; both important works of Catalan Modernism. The Temple of the Sagrada Familia, also of Antoni Gaudi, is a 10 min walk from the "Acomodis" apartment.
Walking in the opposite direction to the Sagrada Familia and the same distance are El Born; and the Gothic Quarter, which are the most attractive neighborhoods of the old city.
The range of restaurants in this area is well known, as well as the shopping line passing through the Passeig de Grácia.
Parking: there are several parkings nearby. Please let us know if you are coming by car to inform you about parking facilities. It's important to know if you are going to use your car or not during your stay in order to give you an accurate information of the most suitable and economical parking.

Located in the middle of the Eixample, the modernist area known by its architectural rationalistic design; showing the “new emerging Barcelona” , where you can find plenty of beautiful buildings from this fruitful period, among of them the majority of the ones drawn by Antoni Gaudí, the most famous Spanish architect ever.
This area provides a handful nice restaurants to taste Mediterranean cuisine and other entertainment options; on top of a large amount of shopping centers. This central location and the public transport network in this area allow you to be everywhere in the city in shortest time and to have nice walking opportunities.

Great location, very quiet, clean and neat.
We had a great stay with our two kids, it was neat clean and very quiet. The neighbourhood is loaded with cafes, supermarkets and bars, and a 5min walk to the metro. Close to the park and cathedral. Rooms are small but neat. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even when our arrival was much delayed and we didn’t get there until 11.30 at night! I would definitely recommend.

It was a great stay in Barcelona
My husband and I were delighted with this apartment. We spend a holiday week there and everything was fantastic. It had all the facilities we needed for the stay, also the location was great, very close to many major attractions. Our host was very communicative and helpful. We'll be back, for sure.

Great place to stay in Barcelona
The apartment was excellent, clean, secure and met my expectations. It was located within walking distance from Sagrada Familia and the city center and was also near the Metro station. We were very comfortable inside the apartment and it had everything we needed. The market next to the apartment came in very handy and there are lots of restaurants around the neighborhood. Jacob was also very helpful and communicated with me consistently. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Barcelona. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back to the city.
