We are surrounded by breath taking natural beauty: huge mountains, hiking areas, historic sites ,(old army fort), Pony Express stop, adobe-Old Mesilla town, SW culture events, REAL Mexican food, Mexican arts, crafts, ,jewelry and furniture: Plus a huge (2 block) art and craft market every Wed.& Sat. on Main St. in Old downtown Las Cruces. Lots of local theater and music at various venues around town every single week. Horseback riding at a local ranch, Indian rock art locations. Our address is....Just 3 min. off I-10 exit Ave. de Mesilla. About a 1 hr. drive from the El Paso Airport From the El Paso airport take I-10 west and exit at #140; turn left at the bottom of the ramp and continue west for about 1/4 of a mile. Villa de Esperanza condos are on the right just past the Economy Inn and just 5 minutes from the center of Mesilla.

Wonderful location

Mesilla and Las Cruces Stay
Good location, well decorated condo. The complex was having some trouble with the exit gate working the last few days of our stay. This is a minor problem which I expect has been solved by now.

Nice and comfortable home. Super nice people in the area. Easy walk to a fun local coffee joint called “The Bean”. Close to old town Mesilla with lots of unique restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location - best kept secret Messila
My three grown children and myself celebrated a 50th and 21st birthday over the weekend we stayed It was amazing for both generations Food, sightseeing, location and hosts made this a perfect home away from home I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect hosts and location
I have rented several properties through VRBO and this has been the best experience I’ve had. When I first booked our trip I made an error in our vacation dates and didn’t catch it until after the booking and initial payment was complete. I was in a panic as I was the unofficial travel agent for our group of four. Dick quickly and calmly got the ball rolling to help me correct the error. What a relief! Things only got better once we arrived. The complex is well maintained and very quiet. The location couldn’t be better. You are just minutes from major highways, Old Mesilla, good restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well maintained and comfortable. You can’t hardly believe how well stocked the kitchen and pantry are......I’ve never send anything like it in any other property I’ve rented. It is very evident that this is not the Andersons first rodeo! It should be mentioned that this property is on the second floor and there is no elevator. This should be considered if a member of your group has mobility issues. If we are ever in the Las Cruces area again we will definitely be requesting that Dick and Marion rent to us and would encourage others do the same!

Very clean, great location & comfortable beds
We were in Las Cruces for a family reunion. This was the perfect place to stay! Safe, clean and comfortable. The kids loved swimming in the pool, the condos were very nice & the beds were very comfortable! Close to the freeway & Walmart! It was perfect for us!
