Casa de Reyes is a modern, luxuriously appointed villa with marble & stone, full air conditioning/heating & high quality furnishings. It has 4 bedrooms to the ground floor, 2 of which are ensuite doubles & 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. The master suite is on the first floor along with the large lounge/dining area, spacious open plan kitchen, separate utility & WC. The extensive first floor terrace has a canopied dining & seating area overlooking the private pool (10mx5m) & the breathtaking panorama of the bay. The pool has a generous stepped entry, infinity style overflow edge & sunbathing patio with outside shower, changing WC, BBQ, fridge & sink. The property is well illuminated, has private electric gates, long drive & has been designed around the sea views to the front & the dramatic mountain backdrop to the rear.
There is also a courtyard at the rear, which takes advantage of the mountain views,with a table tennis table and the area can be illuminated at night.
During the period October to April inclusive the heated swim spa can be used. Sunken and perfectly situated in a sunny area, it has jets to swim against for exercise and 3 massage jet seats for relaxation.

Rental Notes
The weekly rate includes cleaning and changing of linen and towels on rentals longer than one week. A non refundable deposit of 25%of the full amount payable, is due on booking. The balance is due eight weeks before arrival.A £200 security deposit is required against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning. The property is booked from 2.00pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00am on departure

Casa del Reyes
Fantastic villa, very spacious and really well equipped. We have stayed in Puerto Pollensa many times and this is one of the very best places we have stayed in. Looking at the bay of Pollensa is always magical but the view from the upstairs terrace was outstanding. Another highlight was watching the night sky on the roof terrace with very little light pollution due to the villa's position. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Villa is in a great location with beautiful views of bay and mountains
Overall the villa and its location are excellent. It's located within a few minutes of the beach and the town with its numerous bars and restaurants. The villa is in excellent condition, extremely well equipped with everything you would need, very spacious inside. The outside terrace off the main living room is large with loads of seating and a big table for dining, the real feature of the terrace is the view it offers across the bay, it's just stunning. The lower terraces around the pool have loads of space with many loungers and the pool is pretty big compared to other villas we have stayed at. Overall a great place to spend some time relaxing enjoying the views and the local hospitality, which I would say without exception was all very positive. Kingsley the owner couldn't have been more helpful and informative, overall a great holiday.

A beautiful house in a lovely place
We were three generations going for a family celebration and could not have found a better place to stay. The house is lovely and spacious with great views of the bay and with all the rooms, terraces and the large veranda there are many places to be, either you want to be all together or have some quite moments with a book. The pool area is great, and the kids loved it. A very short stroll to Port de Pollenca with its lovely Pinewalk, beaches and shops and restaurants. There is also much to see and do in the surrounding area. The house and the place really lived up to all our expectations and the owner was extremely helpful in all ways and easy to communicate with.
