Description
This condo has been registered with the State of Hawaii as a Transient Accommodation 30 day vacation rental & also serves as our family's vacation home. We'd love to share it with you! Just a few minutes walk from the resort.
PER HAWAII STATE LAW, 14.962% TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION TAX WILL BE COLLECTED from you in addition to the total amount initially due when you book. The tax is charged to you one week prior to your arrival via Airbnb. Departure cleaning fee is based on your length of stay.
The space
Sleeps 5 comfortably. Includes surfboards, beach equipment & gear. Three swimming pools on site. A few minutes walk from the beach, resort & restaurants.
VERY neat & clean, COMFY 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo welcomes you on your Hawaiian vacation or island stay-cation! The master bedroom contains a king, AC & HD cable TV. The 2nd bedroom is a loft offering a queen + queen folddown sleeper sofa, a foldout floor futon & a private bathroom (no shower). The living room includes a large & comfortable sectional couch & AC. Unit has cool tile flooring, ceiling fans + pedestal floor fans for ample circulation. Unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people. The lanai is spacious with a view overlooking one of the property's pools. It is conveniently located just steps from the golf course and LeiLei's Bar & Grill, and minutes from the beaches at Turtle Bay! The condo contains a stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles - please request additional parking pass). The condo is steps from a swimming pool, the tennis courts and pavilion. Entertainment within the condo includes free access to unlimited Wi-Fi & digital cable. The SmartTV includes all the latest entertainment apps which you'll use your own account info to access. Please be advised that there is no landline telephone in the condo.
You'll be sure to enjoy sunset walks on the beach, Turtle Bay Resort, Palmer & Fazio Golf Courses, LeiLei's Bar & Grill and Roy's BeachHouse, Paakai, Kula Grill, Lobby Lounge, Surfer The Bar & The Point Pool Bar. Although resort amenities including the pools, waterslide & fitness center are inaccessible, you are able to enjoy various activities offered at the resort such as group fitness classes, surf lessons, stand-up paddling, kayaking, horseback riding, helicopter tours, bike/moped/segway rentals or walk the different trails around the resort!

Guest access
After we buzz you in at your initial entry thru the secure parking gates, you will access the condo with your personalized code on the doors keyless entry. There are 2 short flights of stairs from parking stall to condo. When you enter the condo, you will find a set of keys containing the pool gate key & parking gate fob to access the parking gate when you return to the property. You will be buzzed in upon initial access ONLY. In the condo, you will also find a welcome letter with helpful info & parking pass which should be displayed on your rearview mirror at all times during your stay. Upon your departure, please place keys & parking pass in the tray designated near the TV or in the tray on the kitchen counter.
Other things to note
A form requiring your guest information will be required & your email address will be requested so that the form can be provided to you for completion & return. Prior to your arrival, map is sent to you via email.
In addition to the nightly rate, cleaning fee & Airbnb's booking fees, the mandatory Hawaii State Tax of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) % is due a week prior to your arrival. A money request will be sent via Airbnb & your payment is due no later than the time of check-in.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT will be accommodated when possible for a fee of $75. Arrangements for early arrivals & late departures are to be scheduled in advance & will be accommodated only when the condo is available. Standard check-in is 3:00 pm & standard check-out is 11:00 am.

Loved this condo. Clean. Cute. Everything we needed. Beaches close by everywhere. Love the North Shore. This place was a great value and perfect for our little group. Washer and dryer. Snorkel gear. Towels. Clean rooms. Loved it.

The condo was the perfect
The condo was the perfect location for exploring the North Shore and the unit itself was exactly as described: clean, safe, quiet, convenient, great value and with plenty of space for the family. The walk to Turtle Bay resort is about 10 leisurely minutes, driving to good food off the resort was between 5 and 10 minutes. My kids loved the loft which gave my wife and I a nice break in the evenings. I definitely recommend staying here when visiting the North Shore and nearby attractions.

Condo was clean and spacious, included everything we needed in the kitchen. Natalie was quick to respond when we discovered the umbrella was broken as was the boogie board. She got us new ones early the next day. She included easy directions to the condo, easy access to the gate, wifi codes, tv instructions. The condo is in a great location. I would definitely recommend renting this condo. Loved Turtle bay and North Shore--why go to Honolulu with traffic, too many people, and crowded beaches? Come to Hawaii for the beaches. Be aware that there are always extra "additional" costs---Hawaii tax, service fees and cleaning fees with any airbnb rentals.
