Beautiful first floor apartment with sea views, situated opposite the sandy beach, a few minutes walk from the town center.
All its rooms communicate with the outside. Highlights include a light, privacy and intimacy.
The entrance to the apartment is located between two streets, a main entrance in front of the sea, a subsequent access to the car park and the fabulous natural park Gola (within the town), where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, watching the migratory birds in the lagoon of that park

Great apartment in a super location
We had a great short stay in Maria’s lovely apartment. The location couldn’t be better in terms of Puerto Pollença, and the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a superb base from which to explore the amazing west coast of the island and is a peaceful environment to head back to after a long day out. Maria was attentive and helpful dealing with any issues or concerns we had very promptly and providing some welcome provisions on arrival. If you’re looking for a smartly furnished apartment just steps from the beach this is perfect. Plus Tolos next door does paella to take out, which is ideal if you’ve got young children that are in bed early. What more could you want! Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect
What a beautiful apartment. I could really sit and look out of that window all day! The apartment was immaculate on arrival with a wonderful welcome pack left by Maria. It wasn’t the warmest weather while be were there but the central heating worked well. Very well equipped throughout, everything you could need for your stay. We didn’t eat in much but there was a great selection of cooking utensils. English TV channels. I will be hopefully booking again.

Beautiful place to stay
The flat is elegantly furnished with the most amazing window that gives beautiful views of the sea and beach. People stare at the window from the street! It is spotlessly clean and Maria is a lovely, welcoming host. She provided us with a generous welcome pack which was totally unexpected. Puerto Pollensa is one of our favourite holiday spots and this was a fantastic location for access to the beach and restaurants.
