Our lovely ground floor apartment can easily accommodate five adults. There are three bedrooms - one with king size bed and en suite bathroom, one twin room and one single bedroom.
The fully fitted kitchen has been renovated as have the en suite bathroom and family shower room. You will find an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer in the kitchen with a washing machine in the utility room. We have a cot and booster seat available, if required, for your little one.
Our private garden has a terrace area suitable for outdoor dining and a lawn big enough for sun loungers and children playing.
From here you can walk out into the beautiful community area of Bellresguard, well known for its tranquil environment. The three tier swimming pool has a lounging circle, paddling pool and swimming area with solarium to the side. All of this is surrounded by shady trees and grassy slopes. Perfect for whiling away those sunny days!
The local shop can accomodate all your needs, whether you want to cook at home or take a baguette to the beach!
A two minute walk will bring you to the Pine Walk and a choice of spots on the shaded beach. Its gently sloping shoreline is perfect for building sandcastles or catching crabs and fish. A further walk along the promenade will bring you into Puerto Pollensa with its host of restaurants and shops.

The key will be sent to you before you travel.
Please note that during high season we only offer full week rentals. Our changeover day is Saturday.
We ask for a 25% deposit payable on booking with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. The £100 security deposit is payable with the balance and will be refunded to you once the key is returned after your holiday.

Perfect

Perfect property and location
I stayed with my niece and her 3 young children in Jo's apartment. It was perfect for us. The accommodation was excellent. The children loved the pool and it was only a short walk to the beach. There was also a supermarket and restaurant very close by which made our shopping so easy. I could not fault it in any way and would certainly return and recommend to my friends. Perfect family stay
We travelled with two children, and couldn´t be happier about the apartment. Clean, perfect location, well equipped, super easy access to great pool, very close to the beach, safe private area. Jo was so easy to communicate with, flexible and helpful. This was our fifth stay in pt pollensa, and third in Bellresguard. We would love to come back to Jo’s apartment!
