Exclusive villa with private swimming pool which is surrounded by mountains where you can enjoy the nature and peaceful area. Ideally located at 5 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars and only a 10 minutes walk from the long sandy beaches of the Bay.
It´s a two level house. In the ground floor is a spacious living room and lounge dinning room, a separated Wood kitchen with all the facilities, utility room, an outside double bedroom with an on suite shower room. Just in front of the kitchen you find a covered terrace with comfortable sofás with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains and the infinity pool. Next to the living room is another covered terrace with a barbeque to enjoy al fresco dinning. There are two stairs lead to the first floor, one of them located in the living area and the other one outside in the garden. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, one of them with an on suite shower room and a private uncovered terrace, two twins bedrooms sharing a shower room and another uncovered terrace. The villa is fully furnished and equipped and tastefully decorated, benefiting from central heating and air conditioning in the hall house.
This property boasts spacious terraces, and barbeque and a generous sized infinity pool.

Beautiful house, great location
This is a nicely renovated property that looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful mountain scenery yet only a short drive or an easy 10 minute stroll to the beach. If you have a car Playa de Fomentor is a must - the most beautiful swimming cove in a naturally stunning area. Joanna the host is very attentive to questions or issues. Note: the downstairs bedroom is just outside the house so it works perfectly if you’re travelling with extended family, teenagers or a nanny.

We had a weeks stay at this villa as a family of 4 with 2 young children. Spacious, clean and modern. We didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend it to stay in puerto Pollensa.

Great villa with lots of different outdoor areas to sit in. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is to do with the pool which could of done with a clean and sweep mid week. Otherwise really great villa.
