Francisco (our house concierge) will personally pick you up and return you to the airport in our Suburban. If you need additional vehicles he will make arrangements for you (at your expense), He will do grocery shopping, arrange in-house massages, tennis and tee times, as well as setting up any activities and day trips. Our staff is waiting to be of service to you.

OVERVIEW

Casa Joya Del Mar is one of the Punta Mita Vacation Rentals located inside the prestigious Lagos Del Mar Estates, only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, overlooking Banderas Bay. Our double-gated private community has 24-hour security. You can enjoy your stay year-round with individually controlled air conditioning systems for each room and a water purification system throughout the house.

This new luxurious 9,000+ sq. ft., airy and elegant six bedroom executive villa, is on the Punta Mita's Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus seventh fairway, only a hundred yards from the beach, with ocean and golf course views from the spacious master suites, The panorama is breathtakingly, beautiful, and private.

From the Courtyard Entrance to the Marble Interior, glistening pool, poolside day bed, and ocean beyond, Casa Joya Del Mar marvels in exquisite reflections. Begin each day with Sunrise over the Pacific. Casa Joya Del Mar welcomes you with 3 Cascading Fountains, a gourmet kitchen and 6 guest suites. Francisco, our bi-lingual concierge, and Reina, our cook and housekeeper, will meet your every need and comfort.

DINING

Our staff will prepare and serve you breakfast and lunch. For the evening meal, if you wish, we can arrange for a professional chef. Choices for on-site dining include Large Granite Island in the kitchen, an indoor large Formal Dining Room, or the Outside Dining Area on the covered Veranda; or under the Pergola by the pool and BBQ. There are plenty of great restaurants both inside and just outside the Punta Mita gates.

ENTERTAINMENT

The house has flat screen TV's in each bedroom, plus the Media Room, where you can watch movies or satellite U.S. stations. Wi Fi is also available as well as Vonage telephone which allows you to make and receive free phone calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. There is a fitness room with an elliptical, tread mill and bike, plus free weights. The media room, a game Room with a bar and beverage cooler, a game table, and sitting areas are wonderful areas for guests to relax.

THE GRAND LIVING ROOM

The Grand Living Room opens fully to the veranda, Pool and Chaise Lounges, Golf Course, and panoramic ocean views. It’s only a short stroll to the beach.

All beds have high-end mattresses, towels, and linens. All master suites have screened elegant shutters, ambient soffit lighting, as well as Walk-in Closets. Two of the spacious master bathrooms have large Jacuzzi Tubs and all have top of the line fixtures. The other master suite has an extra large private outdoor shower with a lounging sofa.

KITCHEN

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful solid wood cabinetry and Viking stainless steel appliances.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated infinity pool with three levels. Relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and the ocean below the green, or sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or the outdoor queen size canopied Poolside Day Bed. The expansive Outdoor Living Area offers hours of entertainment, spectacular views, privacy and relaxation.

VIEWS

Our Punta Mita vacation rental has beautiful whitewater beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is just a 100 yards from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the whales. Step out onto your Guest Suite Deck and enjoy the view overlooking the lush Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. A golfer’s paradise, steps away from the 7th Fairway.

CONCIERGE

Our house concierge can arrange for a massage or pedicures at the villa. You can also zip around in our golf cart to your choice of three beach clubs, the fitness center and the tennis club. We can arrange for in-house babysitting or you can take the little folks to the 'kid's club' at the Resident's Beach Club, where you can dine and snorkel and enjoy the sunset.

VILLA STAFF

This vacation rental in Punta Mita comes with a villa staff of 2. Reina is both the housekeeper and chef. She makes every stay at Casa Joya Del Mar an enjoyable and memorable one! You will have a relaxing and pleasurable stay. Immediately upon your arrival at Puerto Vallarta’s international airport, Francisco will greet you with a cold bottled water and chilled towels in the villa’s 9 Passenger Suburban. He has been the concierge at Casa Joya Del Mar for over 8 years.

GETTING AROUND

You are welcome to use our suburban or golf carts (one 6 passenger and one 4 passenger) inside the gated community of Punta Mita. Everything is within a couple of miles - to the golf course, tennis courts, Four Seasons and St. Regis Beach Clubs and Restaurants. If you want to wander outside of Punta Mita, then our concierge/chauffeur will take you or make arrangements to take you anywhere in the Puerto Vallarta area (zip lines, horseback riding, swimming with the dolphins, etc.)

PUNTA MITA VILLAGE

A five minute walk along the beach will take you to a small village where you can find many outstanding beach side restaurants, rent a surfboard, charter a fishing boat, go whale watching, snorkeling, or do a little shopping.

These three beach clubs are free for our guests.The St. Regis Beach Club access is subject to availability and they have fees per person.

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB

The Pacifico Beach Club has been recently remodeled:

Closest to the villa and the Four Seasons resort, the Pacifico Beach Club overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the famous “Tale of the Whale” – a natural ocean green – hole 3B! This beautiful beach club features both beach and poolside chaise lounges.

Children’s Pool:

The children’s pool has shade and features lush greenery which is so lovely in this part of Mexico. You can enjoy full food and beverage service pool or ocean side or sit under the cool “palapa” in the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant bar. Enjoy any number of offerings from their tempting menu featuring many gourmet treats as well as selections for your children in this casual and beautiful setting. There is no charge for the Residents’ Beach Club.

Rentals:

Also available to rent for a nominal fee are: boogie boards, surf boards and kayaks. If you feel the need to unwind, there are private cabanas where you can enjoy a relaxing massage as you listen to the soothing sounds of the surf.

Everything about Casa Joya del Mar exceeded my high expectations. The villa and surrounding area are way more beautiful in person than the photos. I would say the Casa Joya del Mar is an idyllic location for a warm weather holiday. Natural beauty extraordinaire, the perfect little town with everything you would need, top-notch restaurants and darling little boutiques - a 10 minute golf cart trip away. Gorgeous views, lush greenery, privacy, peace and quiet. I was equally impressed with the people that took care of us, as I was with the Villa and Punta Mita and it's amazing activities. My entire family received 'Four Seasons' service from booking through the stay, to our departure. Francisco is a true gem: delightful, fun and funny. Responsive to all of our needs, anticipating them before we did. We felt very fortunate to have him as our concierge, he has a wealth of local knowledge and knows how to take care of all members of the family and their various needs. The chef, housekeeping crew were wonderful too. I would 100% recommend the villa and 100% plan to return if I were to be so lucky. My whole family fell in love with Casa Joya, Punta Mita and Mexico! warm weather, but also the warmest of people.

Wonderful

We enjoyed this wonderful home with 6 couples for a long birthday weekend in January. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of space and beautiful view over the golf course with beach in background. The service from planning to throughout our stay was top notch for any need. The food prepared was fresh and delicious. Access to the beach clubs were a lot of fun. Everything we hoped for and more

We had very high hopes for this trip and the house and the staff more than delivered. Starting from our first interactions with Russ, the owner, all the way from our sad departure at the airport with Francisco, it was 100% excellent service and beautiful accommodations. We have stayed in a few houses in this area and this was our favorite. The layout is perfect and spectacular. The big, great room that opens up to the outdoor pool area was lovely. It gave our large group plenty of space to all be together but never feel remotely crowded. The large square dining room table made every mealtime a delight and the outdoor dining area was also well used. Francisco, Reina, Nuni and Karina were awesome at making us feel welcome and well taken care of. And we definitely enjoyed many nights of Israel’s amazing culinary delights. The bedrooms were all beautiful and spaced out in a way that each felt very private and gave all of us our own piece of paradise. We are already thinking about when we can return to Casa Joys Del Mar! Thanks for the amazing time!!

The house is fantastic for a large group. Everyone has plenty of space. We were celebrating the Parents 50 anniversary and they walked away saying a trip of a life time. The main reason is the staff they are incredibly and catered to each person to make them feel like a King or Queen. Russ was always willing to help out in the planning stages of the trip. Francisco is truly an ambassador of epic ability. Israel, Reina, Nuni and Karina took care of all our needs and at the end it felt as if they were part of our family. More Than Met Our Expectations

We went to Punta Mita to celebrate some family milestones. From the moment we arrived at Joya Del Mar, our family felt totally relaxed and cared for. Francisco's favorite saying, 'consider it done'! He took care of us very well. Reina, Israel and Nuni also were excellent. We loved the layout of the house so that each of us had our own space, and the common area was a great gathering spot. The outside amenities were wonderful. The food very, very good. Hint: get fish dinners. The fish is so incredibly fresh. Everyone in our group of 11 wants to return to Casa Joya del Mar!
